Very nice staff, but wow does it suck to only have 1 window for a teller. I was there for an half an hour because of this and I still couldn't even just cash a check because the one teller was being used by someone pulling $12,000 out. You'd think they would have a solution for but they don't. The other employees just walk up multiple times to ask what your here for and when you say to cash a check they tell you you have to wait. It's ridiculous.

I have been a customer of this bank for the last 30 years even before they were Bank of America. The staff is very professional and courteous and friendly. However, since they modified this location to a more financial investment facility and eliminated the counter service to a single teller, the service has been tremendously affected. They started utilizing new scanners for deposits which tend to jam constantly, slowing service and resulting in long lines of customers waiting. These scanners are useless and waste tremendous amount of time for the tellers who are already under pressure to serve multiple customers. I am ready to take my business elsewhere if they don’t resolve this problem.

Worst services. Only 1 banker. I had to wait 25 minutes just to withdraw money because their check scanner wasn't working. The customer before me was a doctor and he got pissed with it. I had about 6 people in line behind me. The banker is inexperienced. Looking totally confused. She is a Spanish female named Honey and Tracey was helping her. My turn came after waiting for 25 minutes because the machines dint work. And second they gave me money without checking my ID. This means the security is very poor at this location especially BOFA is very much known for it's security but the employees were not properly trained. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Only one teller. Don’t go there if you are depositing in commercial or you will be using ATM.

When I first walked into this branch there were no employees up front. I waited about 5 minutes and eventually the front desk woman showed up and I immediately got the "I dont want to help you" vibe from her. I said I was there to pick up a bank check. She immediately said there is a fee. I have gotten multiple bank checks there before and have never recieved a fee. It was like she was just trying to talk me out of even being there. I then had to wait an additonal 10 minutes for the ONE teller to show up at her window. She told me there is a fee for a bank check unless i sign up for the rewards program. I said no thanks i dont want to sign up for anything additonal. She later said the fee is waived for "some reason" ... Sounds like a scam to get me to sign up for their non sense rewards program. She and the manager (who was the rude woman who works at front) then took about 20 minutes just to provide me with the bank check while a large line was forming behind me. Bad experiance. I expect much better from Bank of America.

I went to go cash a check today and Germain helped me. I gave him my ID, signed the check only for him to rudely say "this check is no good" hands me it and I go why and he goes "ask the owner". And I start to ask well can't you give me an explanation but instead he just hands me a umber to call. I had to call my dad because he was the one that had given me the check to ask why this was happening.I then asked germain if he could speak to him. German said no and said I'd have to call the service number. He didn't give me an explanation until I started asking questions and was very rude about it. I was mad about how things were handled and the worst part is that he happens to be the manager of this bank. Awful costumer service from him. At least the security guard at the front door was we very polite and nice

I just wanted to say and give way more then 5 stars to a wonderful worker named Beverly who helped me and my dad open an account today. Super professional, sweet, smart, and did everything and anything to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend anyone going to this bank asking for her because she really works hard to make sure anyone she see's gets what they want and walk out with a big smile like my father and I did today. Again thank you so much Beverly you're truly amazing! And don't worry u'll Remember me and my blonde hair and super quiet dad today lol and one day you'll see me on YouTube for my hair and makeup like u suggested ðŸ˜˜â˜ºï¸ If anyone new or current customer of Bank of America pls go to this oak tree branch and ask for Beverly and believe me you'll walk out 100% satisfied and so happy. Again thank you so much Beverly for all your help today. My father and I loved u and are very happy and more then 5 stars satisfied with your work yesterday 9/12/18 we came around 3:30pm I'm sure you'll know exactly who's writing this review. Please everyone no joke she's the real deal and my father and I from this day forward will ALWAYS ask for her help when we go to the Oak Tree Rd, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 branch!!!!! <33333333 take care Beverly till we meet again :)
