Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing.I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident.I just about burst into tears. (just about.) It really hadn't bothered me how little human element there was in this whole process until I experienced a little bit of it and then I wondered why it hadn't bothered me. It should have. We're people and we should treat each other like it. We deserve it.So. Yeah. Thesis over; People are raised up, not dragged up, we should act like it.Thanks for pumping up my optimism and (cheesy as it is) faith in humanity, after a harrowing holiday season, R&C!✌️”
