Dear Sir/Mam,Please, I am hopeful that you can create a sign-up portal for the patient, just like the labcorp. The purpose of requesting the creation of sign-up, so that we can have the freedom to view our previous laboratory since from the start. This is really important to us, as patient, so that we can monitor our progress, because sometimes we forget the figures when our doctor discuss us and misplace our documents. Please forgive me, in using the website, so that I can reach you and my request will be heard.Hoping for your positive support and understanding.Thank you, have a great and blessed day.Sincerely,Ronila

Accurate keeps sending me a bill that my insurance company already closed out. I guess they don't accept adjustments from my insurance so they are essentially trying to extort me. It's over $800. I've called twice already and they tell me I have to pay. I will ask my doctor to please send my bloodwork to another lab. so shady!!

Avoid this lab. Every lab provide blood work results direct to patients, but these fraudsters don't. They say to go to doctor to get results. I'll never go to this fraud lab again.

This place is where test samples are processed. Test sample collection does not happen here. I went there to give test sample and I was told this

Asking for a bill that's more than a year long that should have been covered by my insurance. Seems like a scam

I seriously encourage everyone to report them for insurance fraud. I was charged for tests I didn’t even get. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm using another account because I don't want to use my real name.I applied for job. Was hoping to get rehired. Person who called said they had to verify to see if I'm rehirable for interview. Since they said I was, I got interview. At interview they told me I got the job and told me location I was going to (not which Dr office but that it was a dr office and town location), times / days, etc etc etc. At the end the interviewer said she will let me know when to come in to do HR paperwork. This was when my problems started. A few days went by (3/4 days) and I tried getting in touch with interviewer since they told me I would know by then. Got runaround. Tried calling Accurate and kept getting spun all over the place. Closest thing was someone thinking maybe I had to talk to HR so they put me thru to them. They said give it 7-10 days, but if I didn't get a response then they might have chosen another candidate for position. Then I got ghosted. All that and nothing. Now I'm at another job for short time now.So if anyone looking to get rehired don't bother. They will run you around and ghost you. There's better places than this place. Also, you don't say someone is rehirable but ghost them after telling them they are rehired and giving them details on work location, days / hours, etc. What kind of business etiquette is this?

Terrible customer service ever! I need a form for insurance company, but never email back or form back. I have called couple of times but nobody in charge and irresponsible. Don’t do anything! One of this lab join with Joy internal medicine <•(Dr.Ann Kim)at Edgewater and I had blood test. Don’t go Joy Internal medicine either. They are irresponsible and blamed this lab after issue even though they pushed me get test there.

Their customer service is horrendous and condescending. They processed wrong insurance information and in a call to attempt to fix the situation and provide the proper insurance, i was conversationally shut out. The guy on the phone told me basically that it wasn't his problem and that i needed to find another way to fix it and get back to him because they couldn't reprocess insurance. Which is bogus because the bill actually says "If you have insurance information that we are not aware of, please contact us.." and a back portion that asks for any informational changes... including insurance.

Terrible billing department, answering your call then let you call back for another 20 mins just for a simple question re why there’s no insurance charge in the bill?If you are busy or doing something do not answer the call. Unprofessional people!!!

Very frustrating experience. I did routine check up which should be 100 percent covered by my insurance but the lab did not send it as routine so the insurance company denied to cover for my lab test. I called them multiple times to fix this issue and each time I contacted them, they acknowledged their mistake and informed me that they would resend the claim to aetna, which they did not. So I got the same bill and had to chase them, doctor's office, insurance company over and over again. It is frustrating that it's their mistake and I have to suffer receiving bill and waste my time to be on the phone to talk to someone, explain same thing. I am considering switching my PCP since they are dealing with this company for all the lab test.
