I shopped and used this location as an Amazon pick-up all the times. On Tuesday evening, 12/5/2023, around 7:10pm, I went to this 7-Eleven to buy something. There were two Indian associates in the store, and one of them yelled at me for no reason. When I asked why he raised his voice, he claimed to be the owner (which I know he is lying) and did not care. The way he responded was "I raised my voice. So What?" I did not do anything and he was so disrecpect. He even wannted to start a fight that I threatned to call the South Plainfield Police. His co-worker had to calm him down. 7-Eleven corp and the owner of this location should have never let anyone with a temper, aggressive manner to work as customer service. If he keeps this attitude, and hurts someone, legal action will be taken.I have filed a complaint to 7-Eleven corporate regarding this aggressive behavior.

This 711 in South Plainfield is one of the best in the entire state. The whole staff is courteous and friendly. They are always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate me and their customers. I want to acknowledge their dedication to excellent customer service and keeping the store very clean. My go to for coffee daily!

My credit card info was stolen at this location and used to pay for Apple products. Had to get a new credit card. Haven’t been back since. Avoid

I just left the 7-Eleven on Plainfield Avenue in South Plainfield, Nj and had a very pleasant shopping experience, the associate at the checkout counter was very courteous and friendly. His name tag Read AAkash. I believe that friendly and courteous customer service is the lifeblood of a successful business.

The clerk there are cheap and THIEF. they stole my winning lottery scratch off name LOTERIA. I had 5 of them and I got only 4 back from him.If you wanna buy Lotteries DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

You don't expect much from a convenience store but the employees here go over and beyond to help and greet you, make you feel important. Service is quick. But what makes my day most are the new, cool coffee machines!! Love the variety of coffee and chai options. I actually like it better than Starbucks. Few 7/11 that also offer food service.
