Price gouging all the way, in my opinion. The minute you figure out how to save money, they change the price structure so they can profit more. We switched to Whole Foods and have been saving almost $100/wk on average, which says a lot.RIPOFF!

On 2/10/24 at 11:38 AM I went to pick up my medication that requires ID, completely understand. The pharmacy tech very loudly made questions about the price and meds I am on, my husband was right next to me. (Thank God it was my husband who knows my conditions) I made a comment to him about “God forbid HIPPA listens to pharmacy staff loudly divulging private information”.The pharmacist on staff called me to very rudely get her point across about explaining me about ID and the HIPPA rules, I said I was not interested in listening to someone who was trying to have a power trip. Then she proceeded to tell me “well you have other options” also when she called she did not verify any of my private information and she again mention the medication I am on.I have not have such encounters with other pharmacist, I just expect her to get feedback on how to behave with patients who, like me, are just looking to be treated with respect and with their due privacy.

I get the worst customer service at their Western Union section, I’d go to different WU unfortunately this is the closest one and convenient for me. The women are so rude, they ignored me for good 10-15 mins chit chatting amongst each other. My whole body was in pain I just wanted send the money to my sister who was having an emergency and go, but they took their sweet a** time (I was the only customer on line and there was 3 of them ??♀️) once I was recognised she nodded to the computer in a rude manner. No hello or how can I help. And she continued moving in turtle speed. I am just going to travel to a different location. Never ever coming back to this horrible place!

Just got insulted by the manager. Hard to believe. The staff is rude and you wait forever. Expensive and second rate food. The lanes are impassable as they are always shelving. Take your business somewhere else. Aggressive manager needs a different job. And it's dirty.

It's a good Supermarket to shop in it's priced a little more pricey than some of the others. It's mid-range. They are trying hard to get the customers in they are basically customer friendly if you need something they will answer your questions.

Much better selection than the previous grocery stores in the area. I will say customer service is lacking in the stores. I am not a fan of the self-checkouts with a full basket of groceries. The robot that roams the store is creepy and unnerving. The self-checkouts and robot need to go before you lose your entire customer base.

I live locally and head to all the big name stores around for groceries or odds and ends, but I have to say the staff at Stop & Shop are by far the nicest, most friendly, and helpful and the store is always stocked and clean. Even the customers seem nicer or happier there. The meat counter is my favorite lol!.

Prime Rib Roast from Stop & Shop in South Orange. Amazing! They were on sale so we bought a few and cut them into fat Ribeyes! So good!

Been shopping here for ten years and have been happy with the quality of food and pricing. Unfortunately, the parking lot has become an issue. It seems people from other locations nearby (CHS?) are taking up all of the spots. Today I was there at 9:15am, zero parking available and the store was empty. This has happened repeatedly over the last 12 months. I’ll be shopping for our family elsewhere, where I can be sure to find a parking spot!
