Rude owners and can't use dryers if you don't use washing machines

I love this laundry! Tuesday and Wednesday, the dryers are 0.01 and dry very well.
It is usually crowded one of the two days. The young lady that attended the place is super nice and friendly.

Went here to dry some clothes since my dryer had broke. Pretty decent and clean, and there's a decent amount of machines for a local laundromat. Personally, I was a little frustrated with the dryers since this was my first time going there (and the one I usually go to is in Newark). Usually, I spend 30 minutes drying on medium at my usual place, but had to spend around 40-45 on high. I think next time, I'd have to separate my laundry between two machines for them to fully dry. Still, a pretty decent laundry place.

Went here with my parents and it was excellent! I had trouble with the machine and the lady in the front desk went in her way to help me. The lady was nice and my parents don’t really speak english well and she didn’t mind the time it was taking! We ended up giving her our clothes to do it herself and paid her and my shirt and pants had a rip and she sewed it with no questions asked and asked permission beforehand with no extra charge! I really love this lady and this store!

The washing machine stole my money and the rude lady that's there refused to refund my money. She gave me an attitude and acted like I was trying to steal from them because I'm a man of color. Used to do my laundry there every week and not the first time I had problems. Avoid this place at all costs.
