South Orange Pharmacy is a modern, independent pharmacy known for its old-fashioned, top-notch customer service. The staff is consistently friendly, kind, efficient, and easy-going. The pharmacists are thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and nice, taking time to talk with customers and going above and beyond. They handle complicated issues, make extra phone calls, and help navigate insurance, providing service that is night and day better than chain or big box stores. They reliably fill prescriptions quickly, often on the spot, and have medications during shortages. Customers appreciate this small, local pharmacy that cares, and many never want to go anywhere else. They also offer delivery for a small fee.
We switched from Walgreens up the street after getting fed up with its inconvenient hours, long lines, and slow service. South Orange Pharmacy is fantastic on all of the above and we are also glad to support a local small business.

There aren’t many places like this left. These people care about me as an individual human person! They are the best, and I recommend them to anyone navigating the pharmaceutical nightmares of our broken American healthcare system. South Orange is lucky to have them.

Great pharmacy and amazing staff. Just transferred all my prescriptions here from Walgreens next door who are just awful
