Disgusted by the behavior of the owner or manager. I had a flat tire, ironically was near by and asked for help. One of the guys wanted to help but the owner told him no. And was told to quickly remove my car from the parking lot. Be advise if you wanted to be treated horribly come here.

I'm expressing myself on the facility that repair my vehicle they did tremendous beautiful job... It was not cheap because I did not wanted cheap parts I got the best parts dealer parts.. Dave do all this for me and a very proud of him it's a good manager a quality auto

Highly recommend! From my initial call inquiring about the cost of new tires, to getting the best price, to getting my car in their shop within minutes, to completing the service within just a couple hours! Very friendly and all around, a pleasure to deal with!

I had called in the morning a received a midday appointment to have my car serviced. Despite looking quite busy they still managed to take care of my care in the time they said they would. Great service in a timely fashion.

Be aware when you take your car here it might have completely different issues than what you originally brought it in for!! I had a flat tire so I took my car to Quality Auto & Tire Center to get a new tire. They changed the tire and everything was fine. The next day I got an oil change notification on my car. I just got an oil change 2 weeks prior so there was no way I needed another oil change. I took my car back to Quality Auto & Tire Center because I knew it had to be something they did that caused this. One of the guys changed my settings so that the notification would turn off (still not 100% sure what happened or why that light came on.) The NEXT day I’m driving and receive a critical vehicle malfunction alert on my car that my brakes aren’t working and I should pull over immediately. Since bringing my car to Quality Auto & Tire Center my car has been having a lot of malfunctions that it never had before. I also got another flat tire about a month later and the day after I got this flat tire I coincidentally get a text from Ken asking how my car has been since my visit. I’m not saying this is their fault but it’s eerily coincidental that all of these things started happening after bringing my car to them. Proceed with caution when using their services.

We have been customers of Quality at this location for several years.
There are two parts to my review.
First, Dave has always been courteous, professional, and the services rendered have been satisfactory. My rating - 5 stars.
Second, the owner’s brother is very rude, unprofessional, and not a positive for Quality. My rating-0.

This is the best auto center. I'm never disappointed when it picks up my car after service is being completed. The staff is professional and hardworking.
