The owners are the best as well as their staff. They make my daughter and I, along with my daughter’s cat who visits often, feel like family. The store has everything you need along with personal service. You couldn’t find a better place to shop for your furry family members.

This place was quite possibly the greatest store I’ve ever been in. I gave one star because of the stunning customer service received from Avani Mitra (give her a raise for the energy and presence she brought to the restaurant), one star for the beautiful aroma permeating the entire store, one star for the amount of goods and variety, one star for the reaction my dog had from finding out he was adopted through a treat we bought, and one star because I feel like Oprah!

Really nice workers and a wide variety of toys, foods, beds, etc. Shoutout to Avani Mitra for her over 5 star service. 100/10 recommend. I especially loved the adopted dog cookie ??

Beside the food is exceptional., while I was out of the country and my daughter texted we’ve run out of dog food store owner Jack took my credit card through text and delivered the food that day? Amazing service!

Found my fav pet store!! Duke my golden absolutely approved it also. They have very high grade dog food and treats (no additives) and really really good quality pet toys (for both cats and dogs). Owners are very kind have fresh water for the dogs and took time to recommend. Hidden gem in the south orange & millburn , Nj area

I have been ordering dog food from Pet Wants SOMA for several years now and can’t recommend them enough. The owners are great people, the food delivery service is such a game changer (always extremely timely and free for local delivery!), and the quality of the product is top tier. Only the best for our fur babies!

First of all their customer service is terry. They treated me with extreme amount of disrespect I am a young teenager but that does not mean that i should have received that amount of disrespect especially when I never said anything disrespectful to them. I had realized that i had been laughing around in their store with another person which they had not liked so I went back and apologized for my level of immaturity which they responded with an “ok” and which seemed like they did not care and not accept my apology. Later I went to the store to look around and they said I cannot come back because they alleged that I had pealed of a sticker on their window. When I told them it wasn't me they said they had footage which. Even though I did not do it I apologized anyways. This wasn’t acceptable to them so then I asked for to see the footage and they denied and started cursing me out for something I didn’t even do. I felt extremely upset because I truly meant no harm i am simply a teenager with not much money and i love animals and i like to go into stores to just look but they did not care all they wanted to do was tell me to get out. I believe that was unacceptable behavior for two GROWN white men treating a teen Hispanic girl like a street rat. I do not recommend this pet store they are terrible people who make me feel extremely less then.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! My dog was thrilled to get so much attention and lots of treats from the staff. The selection of toys, bones, and treats was extensive and everything was priced very reasonably. We will definitely be back!
