(same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. I was amazed of their service and hopefully wont have to see them again lol but luckily I was still under Samsung warranty and I got my phone fixed for FREE!. In the event I need to get my devices fixed, I will definitely be going back”

“I came to New Jersey on a short visit and my son broke his ipad screen and then, i thought to fix it before going back. I got to the store and i was well- received. He told me the ipad would not be ready until a week after, which was the day i was to travel back. I pleaded that he tried all could to help fix it earlier, he said he would try.Along the line, i checked back after 3days and it was not ready, he saw my boys and gifted them a wireless speaker each, then 2 days later, he called me to come pick up the ipad that he had fixed it. “I brought in my PS5 for repair, as the disc drive was not reading blu rays. I was ectastic when they told me they had an in-house tech to repair them, as most shops send their consoles via mail and give you a huge bill after.Well, it turns out it was not a good idea because 1) there is only one tech who works on those, and he comes in from out of town, and 2) MY PS5 ISN'T FIXED YET!When I first picked it up, I replicated the exact same issue it had before. Brought it back, waited a week, and now I have a different issue. It reads blu-rays, but the drive motor is spinning endlessly on startup and eject. I quite literally have to shove the disc in there. Which means it's still a broken drive, and the one tech they got for these consoles is either an idiot ot blindly swapping drives without proper testing.edit: changed to 4 stars because they gave me a refund. good on them for being honest.”
