Beware of being offered a hair botox treatment hair. I was offered one by the stylist named Rasheedah, and instead of temporarily & gently loosening curls as I was told, it caused permanent straightening comparable with a relaxer. I don't know if the error was in the application or the product itself not being good, but I have permanent damage that I am gradually working on cutting off. Do not utilize this service. Your hair will be ruined. I learned after the fact that hair botox is used in very few salons (mostly small ones). Larger and more credible salons do not use this product, and it seems to be for good reason. Most reputable salons have never even heard of hair botox. You're better off getting a keratin treatment like Keratin Complex or Lasio if you just want temporary loosening of your curl pattern. Hair Botox is not to be trusted.

Beautiful salon nice private rooms. very clean but poor customer service from the manager/owner. I highly recommend she talk to her clients and techs and not at them. A customer service class is highly recommend. not worth the drama or the sparkles in the office. Go where you can and will be respected

I highly recommend this salon for those who have natural hair. I have been going to Maira for years and she makes my hair grow. I have been natural for years and always get a blow out. The stylists in the shop are very professional and know what they are doing.

I love coming to Private Quarters to get my hair cut. This whole place is a vibe, with soothing and luxe decor, women empowerment quotes on the walls and service that is always kind. The private rooms were comforting during Covid but generally great anyway, to have that personal space and care. It is especially quite the find if you wear a hijab too. Finally, I will say the experience itself is great, my stylist - Rasheedah really listens to understand, I have been so pleased with my haircuts with her. Highly recommend Private Quarters.My biggest hang up though is making an appointment, it seems to be some long-winded process of calling and having them call back to make the appointment, and sometimes you have to call a few times just to have them call back! I had to remove one star for that.Service: Haircut

This place is stellar. It's divided into beauty suites which makes the experiences "private" and extra personalized. The space is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. So far, both Anne Marie and Rahsheedah have done my hair to great results. I recently received a silk press that left my hair feeling truly silky. The products and skill level here are high end and you will experience a master level of hair treatment here, which is wonderful. Definitely visit if you care about both great styling AND hair health.Services: Haircut

PRIVATE QUARTERS Far Exceeded my Expectations!!Everyone extremely professional, warm and very friendly. The team demonstrates the highest level of client services from the time that you walk in the front door!The physical salon is incredibly beautiful, modern and super clean. Truly First Class surroundings throughout. Most impressive.Rasheeda is an amazing stylist......so talented, so creative, so professional! I love my wig placement from Ms. Danielle, when you go park on the other side of the building farther up from the Bank you'll see white lines, park in between those lines .That was my only problem not knowing where to park , you'll love the Shop and the People in It HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE .

I have been going to Maira Rosario-Master Stylist at Private Quarters. Maira has been my personal stylist going on TWO decades and NOW over 400 miles away, my husband and I STILL make the trip UP TOP to satisfy my HairCare needs. I learned a valuable lesson a long long time ago and that is ONLY 1 pair of hands can touch my hair! I have been BLESSED to be conducting business at this Upscale, Swanky Salon and want to extend all my LOVE to Maira and Mama R for Taking Care of Me!!! This is what family is for.....I SURE missed being pampered during the months of the necessary closure but WE were traveling AS soon as the Governor gave the to return to hair and barber salons...... Every Penny Worth It!!! You have to OWN it ladies and this Salon is the Purrrfect Salon for addressing the needs of these trying times. Strictest COVID-19 measures are being implemented from check-in to check-out. I also LOVE the atmosphere, despite your private quarters there is still a feeling of LOVE that is embraced and flourishes in a diverse forward salon. I STRONGLY suggest that if given the opportunity BOOK with any of the Fabulous Stylist there as each room has its own uniqueness and Flavor! I called this establishment 3 times and have spoken with someone 2 times and left one message. I was told that the specialist that handles extensions would call me back. The specialist Never called me back perhaps they are tobusy to accept new clients. What a shame, the saloon looked beautiful from the website and I was hoping to find a new stylist close to home. Its It's so unfortunate that it has become sooo hard to find
