“The morning of my aunt's funeral I realized I forgot to order my personal arrangement for the service. Called Victor's at 9am and the owner answered (although the shop was closed). He agreed to meet me at his shop. He said he would stop to get fresh flowers in the colors I requested. I arrived and chose the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. Since the funeral was at 11am I had to choose a smaller arrangement that would fit in the car. The finished arrangement was LOVELY. It took about 15 minutes. We were able to get to the FH and have the flowers placed before the service began. The funeral director placed the arrangement in front of the coffin for the service. However, he suggested that I take it with me, after the service, since it was so lovely. The owner was so polite, friendly, and funny. I will definitely patronize this shop again.”

“I live in California and sent a birthday arrangement to my partners mother last year from an online service and when she sent me the photo I was so embarrassed I wanted to die! I can’t even put into words how bad it was, I didn’t even think something like that would be remotely possible. It wasn’t even the same color or flowers in the photo and they were mostly dead upon arrival. I reached out to Rosaspina this year, explained what happened with the last service and asked if they could deliver but send me a photo first.
