This Exxon is my go to place for friendly quality service and gasoline. The workers are always thorough and friendly. I also had a tire emergency and Gary promptly took care of it in a professional manner.

NEVER AGAIN! I came in with a flat tire and left with $700 bill. My first and last time at this mechanic. At first the mechanic suggested replacing both front tires. Which I can understand - and he gave me a price for it. High but not unreasonable. Then later someone, possibly the manager phoned me saying I needed new brakes -or at least break pads. He gave a hard sell threw some prices at me. I reluctantly agreed, trying to add up all the numbers in my head. When I came to get the car he showed me the bill. When I complained -he casually said "It's what I told you on the phone", then turned to talk to someone else. The huge bill was bad enough. The callous attitude made it ten times worse.

Let me first say I've been living in SO for over 25 years. I never go to this gas station because the fuel is over priced. They keep it high because they know people will pay it because they are the only station visible in the area. For the first time my wife pulled in because of a tire leak. A screw in the tire. Visible. Could have plugged it right there while the tire was still on the car in the lot. But no. He said he "had" to pull it in the bay. Ok. Fine. But $27 for a plug! A 3 minute job! Normally costs $15-$20 ANYWHERE else. Way over priced! That's why I don't go.

We've been bringing our family cars here for several years. They're less than the dealership & I do not have not even one complaint about the service that we receive there. After servicing, they even let you know what your next visit will be for.
