We have 3 dogs that are an absolute pain to get to the vet. 2 get car sick and the other one howls the whole way. A quick Google search led me to Dr petlover. I sent a quick request and it was answered by Giovanna in a timely manner. Multiple days and times were provided for the visit. After choosing...They contacted my vet for records to ensure they received what they needed. Great communication throughout! Dr. Campos and Kenya took such great care of 2 of our dogs. They were very patient and thorough. Even brought them each a Goody bag. Lab results and recommendations were delivered by email. Overall great experience and made for a less stressful experience for our fur babies and us! Highly recommend!

In my opinion, Dr Campos is a rock star. I had two VERY sick pups. She got me in a few hours later after I contacted her. She took copious notes and came prepared. She had contacted my regular vet and got their records before she came here. She is highly skilled in her profession. I can’t think of a vet that contacts me every day since she was here to ask how they are progressing. No one does that! She does! EVERY day her assistant texts for updates. Dr Campos is the real deal! She’s in the right profession. Highly intelligent, caring and loving to our pets. She is a true professional .NO, I was not ever prompted or paid to write this review.

My experience with this provider was not a positive one. I had some similar issues as ML apparently did.- First off she is one of those doctors that ask questions, but looks only at their computer screen (a personal pet peeve).- I found the doctor to not be particularly calm with either of my cats.- All other vets that I have worked with have started a physical with the least invasive procedure and ended with the most invasive (shots) etc. This woman took blood early on and by the end of the appointment a cat who loves people, has never hidden in the 7 years I've owned him or even run from the vacuum cleaner, was cowering under the bed.- While she charged a similar amount for a sonogram as my regular vet, she requested I pay and additional $250 for another doctor to review it, and from what I could tell (reading reports from both) this told me nothing more so I gather she was just not comfortable with her own abilities (or was up-charging?).- She asked to do an additional test which she admitted was unlikely to come up positive but failed to mention that this test would cost me an additional $240.- Most surprisingly, she did not call me to explain the results of all the testing that I did which showed many potential problems and as far as I could tell from her email reporting the results she was recommending that I have biopsies done of my cat's liver, kidney, intestines and bladder. As far as I could see she was just copying what the sonogram report suggested as ways of confirming potential issues. For me, a big part of having a good doctor is so that they can give an educated opinion on how to followup on and address the totality of a medical situation including the net benefit of tests and procedures. I did not feel that she did this at all. When I requested confirmation and further explanation of what seemed to me an unlikely recommendation, she suggested I seek a second opinion without confirming that that was in fact her recommendation. (Upon getting that second opinion it was recommended that I do none of that.)Because of her office hours it often seemed to take a long time to get responses to my questions, and there was admittedly a fair amount of back and forth because her answers to my questions were often incomplete. I have a chronically ill cat so this wasn’t perhaps a huge issue, but if I had an acutely ill cat the delay could well have been a big problem.- Asking too many questions or phrasing them wrong resulted in curt responses that failed to clarify the issue. When I requested that in the future she apprise me of the costs of tests before doing them and asked additional questions she got very defensive and eventually suggested I find another vet. I was more than happy to do so.There were other issues, but that’s enough to get the picture. I agree with ML that the Vet tech was wonderful and the bag of treats was a nice touch. If you have a basically healthy cat, she is likely a good enough doctor for the convenience, but she did not seem up to the task of dealing with my cat’s more complicated condition .

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Campos and all the staff at Dr. PetLover. Dr. Campos has cared for my cat for years. She is never rushed, always spends extra time discussing any and all questions you can possibly come up with and goes out of her way to address your family's individual needs. Without a doubt, she has made vet visits a much, much calmer, comforting and more enjoyable experience overall.

Dr Campos and her assistant were very professional and pleasant. They were able to treat my very cranky 15 years old cat without any problems. They gave him treats, talked to him, let him check out their equipments before examining him. My cat usually need to be sedated when visiting a vet, but they were about to handle him. This should say so much about Dr Campos. I also received a few follow up emails about his blood work and good information on cat foods. I highly recommend her !!!

Dr. Campos cared for our cat Daryl many years of his life. Daryl was stressed by travel so having a skilled, knowledgeable mobile veterinarian was a blessing. We recently lost our boy. I’m comforted knowing he was able to end his earthly existence, at home, with Dr. Campos at his side.
