Customer Service from start to finish was 20/10. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, super knowledgable, and they treat your car as if it was theres. What more can you ask for?
The team walks you through everything that they will do and provide you updates along the way. They are honest with the turn around time as well which I thought was so helpful! I work remote and they gave me an area to be able to work while the worked on my car.

“Raul and Prestige Auto Studio really went above and beyond with our car. Our 2020 MB GLB 250 had mysterious dirt and debris everywhere that was caked on and not coming off with regular hand wash. Prestige was able to get everything off the exterior then some, including a thorough interior detail clean. To be honest the car looks even better now than from the dealer. Wonderful service and I will not hesitate to bring my cars here again! ?”
“Today was my first time going Chamo’s Hand CarWash and it definitely won’t be my last. I’m 100% satisfied with my service today. I got the VIP #3 and I even got a raffle entry for a trip to Cancun for Two and a TV. From beginning to end, they took care of me. I was little embarrassed because it’s been a while since my last wash. Nonetheless, they left my car spotless. You couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. Definitely recommend.”

I needed my car fixed in one day due to work and they not only gave me peace of mind in that regard but worked with me when my schedule wouldn’t permit picking it up during business hours. “My car was a mess after a month on country roads in Maine and a very minor scape on the bumper leaving behind some paint that needed to be buffed out. Bubble Run did a thorough examination, kept me informed throughout, performed the work the same day and even came to pick me up when it was done. “You can’t get a better car wash for the price. They’re detailed and take their time - a “mini detail” that could easily cost more than a few bucks more. They used compressed air to blow out the nooks and crannies, and they get to the exterior in places an automated wash never touches. Thorough drying too. I was super skeptical driving up because the entrance and location leave something to be desired but it’s well worth it for the service.”
“Another service station installed struts and shocks and two new tires, but afterwords my car made a low, annoying sound. When I took my car back to get that fixed they said they didn’t hear this sound.

You get more than the assembly line, "please move your car because there are cars behind you", dab-dab treatment with the Top Hat wash. You wait your turn until your car is pulled to the side and given the attention you've been looking for. They have a great system!”

“I took my 2012 Honda CRV to Mitch and his team for a cleaning/wash on 5/10/24. This was my first time using a detail service, I didn’t know what to expect of the results that I could possibly get when finished. The convenience of having the service in my work garage, made having the car detailed while I was working, so easy! My car looks brand new, the shine on the paint is just incredible, and I didn’t think was even possible given its age! All interior and exterior work was exceptional. I highly recommend treating yourself like I did, to a car transformed!

“My car got towed to the shop after my vehicle was alerting me of low oil pressure and I hoped that all I needed was an oil change. I was informed that I would need a brand new motor (and believe me I tried to take my chances after they did the oil change and go for a test drive to no avail, had to get the vehicle towed right back to the shop) and I felt completely upheaved.
Nevertheless, Newark Car Care Center was very patient and tenacious with getting my car fixed and safely operable. Carlos remained transparent with everything being done to the car, every step of the way. The whole staff was very knowledgeable on even the most complex parts of the job and I felt that I couldn't have been in better hands! I give them a 10/10!
Thank you Newark Car Care Center for giving me my wheels back, she is going strong!

“Quick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird "remnants" on my windshield.. That's why not 5 stars...but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.”
