My engagement ring prongs needed repair, I was able to get help as a walk-in quickly and for a very good price! I had been quoted much higher for a complete replacement of prongs elsewhere. Here the manager didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and did a simple repair instead, although did advise to get prong replacement in the future. I'll certainly be back for other repairs!

New to the neighborhood and was looking to replace a battery and take a few links out of my new watch. I was very pleased with my experience. It was quick (waited in the store) and very reasonably priced, even quoted on the spot bc for an engraving. It is great to have a local jeweler that can do all the necessary servicing. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Excellent jewelry repair service. I have had them remove links from a watch band, replace a watch battery, and repair a broken necklace chain and on each occasion the repairs were performed on the spot, quickly, and for a great price.

What a treasure Ambiance is to South Orange Village and all of Essex County. Marco is so talented and helpful I bought in a watch that I was previously told else was hundreds to repair and he fixed in in ten minutes for a fraction of the price. Honest and dependable. Do yourself a favor and pay a visit for all your jewelry repairs AND lovely purchases.

I stopped by to get my watch battery replaced ($8). I also wanted to know if the face on another watch can be repaired (pictured). The repair was finished in a week and it looks brand new! It cost $48+tax which I thought was fair and definitely worth it. This watch was an expensive one from Leonard Church and I received it as a birthday gift, but I was very disappointed that it somehow shattered on the train 1 month after I received it. I'm so glad I can wear this again. Thank you so much!

I dropped off a watch given to me by my late husband more than a decade ago to have the stem replaced, it was returned to me better than new. Today I took in a delicate chain that was broken and had a knot in it, the owner repaired the chain right on the spot. As always, very good service. Thank-you and God Bess. : )
