“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”
“I had an issue with my vehicle the other night and called a few places, didn’t get anyone to answer, but when I got to Nick’s towing they answered, were very polite and professional. They sent the truck out and it showed up in about 20 minutes to a half hour great service. The driver even helped me push my car into the driveway I highly recommend this towing company”
“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

“Had a great experience booking Moses' services in advance to bring a disabled collector car out of Manhattan to Long Island for a mechanic to fix.
Moses was easy to deal with on the phone, gave a quick quote (that he held firmly to said price exactly as originally quoted), and on the day he arrived early and fully prepared. Car was transported safely and securely, and Moses was incredibly professional and friendly.

“These guys are the real deal! After a week of calling multiple companies in the Bronx to remove a unauthorized car from my property I was able to find these guys online. Every other company I spoke with either gave me the run around or never called me back. I dealt with John who handled the situation for me within 15 minutes. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”
