Place is exceptional. The staff take long sometimes to answer your questions since they’re all busy and barely anyone to help. I was supposed to get a part and they promised me a date but it got delayed and I was honestly frustrated because there goes another day with my car sitting. It’s mainly a store for businesses who have accounts with them such as mechanics and auto shops, etc. But if you’re a random customer just trying to get something it’s allowed. The prices of parts aren’t that bad they’re pretty reasonable.

Every time I ask for the manager she is never there and when she is there (never) rude and never helpful. The other people that work there are super nice but I think her name is Victoria she is foul mouthed and an awful person. The old manager was way better. A company like this should not tolerate this uneducated ignorant type of a manager.
