One out of four cassette players we brought in was repairable, these are Aiwa cassette players our children had growing up. The owner/technician got it playing again. Our college age grandson is ecstatic as he wants to use it when the team marches before the college football game .He's a Pitt player. Thank you HR. Great job. HR is highly recommended. Go PITT!

The place seemed good at first. The person there didn't seem like he wanted my business and rolled his eyes at me after bringing a piece of equipment back after power not working on the item I paid over $300 dollars on the repair at first so why would he treat me as if I was not paying them ? I will not go back from this bad experience!!

Worst place you can chose to fix your problems, don't even try....I don't know even how they still exist, very bad costumer service, they don't know s...tThey keep ur equipment 10 days and in the end if they need to spend more time to fix they say can't be fixed take it back we don't have tools to open this..that..Really bad experience. Please even don't try

I brought my keyboard here after seeing that they were an authorized Yamaha repair shop. The power input on the keyboard was warped and needed to replaced. It took a few days for them to look at it and give me an estimate, and the estimate was fair in my opinion. Throughout the process communication was good and everything was handled professionally.

Rob Sinki is very RUDE. I spoke to him once to ask about my TV issue. Dont even try to speak to him. You will ruin your day. Their message feature in the website is for show. Dont even try to message them there. I would rather buy a new TV than have them "repair" it. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR IF I CAN.

My boyfriend has a vintage turntable that he has meticulously cared for since the '70s and it looks and works like it was just opened. Awhile ago he went to put on an album and the cartridge just skimmed over the whole album. He thought it just needed to be rebalanced since we had just moved. We searched all over for repair shop used to working with high-end equipment but we had a bit of tough luck. We then came upon HR Audio Visual and brought the turntable. First impressions were the place was unorganized. with unclear operating hours and an owner that seemed annoyed. But everyone has an off day so we left the turntable. We waited and waited to hear but heard nothing, After an inordinate amount of time I called and was curtly told, "I can't find the parts. come and get it, and there is a 10.00 bench fee. What?? Not only were we not updated, but when I initialed the call was spoken to rudely. He had the turntable for over 4 months and never called us once.We have since been given the name of a reputable shop, Fuch's of Clifton, NJ and in a day or two, we were called back to say it needed a new needle cartridge. We were told the price and asked if we wanted to check online to see if we could find one less costly. Fuch's also said if we chose to get one on his own, that he would be happy to install it and make sure it was working perfectly, He also said there was no charge for looking over the turntable as the problem was quickly identified. From the minute we entered HR Audio Visual we should have heeded that bad feeling we both got. Never have I dealt with a shop owner who cared less about their customer and who never did anything to repair the merchandise, and couldn't even provide a phone call to update us. Then wanted money. This place is a total rip off. Rude, nasty, and unqualified to work with quality goods. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
