I've been purchasing oils from this company for well over a decade. I'd buy enough by the quart to last me for roughly 2 - 3 years. Recent I placed an order getting the same scents I've always ordered. Egyptian musk, Barack Obama, Coco Mango and Kush. My Egyptian musk quart I used to receive in the past, I could turn it upside down and watch the air bubble slowly rise to the top. This reflected the quality and thickness of the product. What I just received leaves a lot to be desired. I turned it upside down and the air bubble flew to the top. As for the other scents, I had a little left over and compared them. The ones I just received are thinner and the fragrance doesn't last as long as the ones I've purchased in the past. Now I don't know if the company got sold and this is the new administration or not, But I will tell you as a long-term customer the quality of the fragrances has nosedived from the level of years past.

I love this company. Orders are shipped fast and well packaged. I have placed about 8 orders with them so far and I have no complaints. PLUS I LOVE the free gift that comes with every order.

I won’t be ordering again. My first order was a set of 6 bitters as a Christmas gift. One of the bitters was leaking. Safety first. Who wants to risk consuming from an opened bottle? This is the email I received when I asked how to return the leaking bottle: “We would not send out a replacement bottle for the label getting a little wet, unfortunately. You are welcome to let it dry out and use it if you would like or you can return it for a refund. If returned you would need to send the full set back as we cannot accept individual items from a set. Below are the return instructions:-Box the item(s) up and make sure the item is complete with any barcodes/labels as it was delivered to you.-Ensure that the item(s) are packed securely as we cannot accept items broken during delivery to us.-Include a note with the original order # and the reason for the return. Also indicate if you would like a store credit or refund back to your original form of payment.So if I return and they determine the “bottle is a little wet” does that mean no refund? The prices are great but the return policy is a deterrent for me. I want peace of mind when ordering online. Knowing I will have a hassle free return experience if I receive damaged products is worth more than saving a few dollars.

Africa Imports is a good place to buy a dress. I bought a dress and it was beautiful. It also arrived quickly. I had seen the same dress at another web site, but that place ran out of the dress. I was thrilled that African Imports still had them in stock. I just wore the dress to a birthday party and the color coordinated well with the theme. The shipping cost seems a little high compared to what I have bought at other places, but the entire experience was smooth.

They are selling poor quality, rusted jewelry and When they accept return They don't pay return shipping and they don't refund the shipping charge.We will not work them anymore!
