This review is for the lady and not for the gentleman who work here.
Pros-Very near to house.
Cons- Yes I can understand that it’s difficult for you to smile and greet but no need to be rude too.If customer aren’t aware which envelope to choose or asked twice about price difference ,I am very sure that answer could be given without being irritated.

This office (Dayton, Georges rd) can't deliver the mail one week without mistakes. We're constantly getting the wrong mail, it's unbelievable.

its 1 mile away from my house but I always avoid using this USPS branch because of 1 lady that treats clients like if she is the boss , she has attitude and temper , if the client ask a questions she gets mad , if the client filled a form and made a mistake she becomes mean and start nagging like if we work for her … I don't want to describe how she looks or mention her name but I am sure most of the visitors knows her … I hope USPS management read these reviews and help us to improve the service of this branch ….

I am a snail mail lover! I love to both send and receive letters and packages. Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly. They are serious about Covid prevention and I really appreciate that. I can't think of a single complaint. Thank you for your service!Two years later UPDATE! This remains a wonderful, helpful PO! I think people should try being a little considerate and try kindness, you will find that you will be treated the same in return.

Convenience. Most staff isn't bad. They can at time be distracted by there phones or chit chatting with other workers about non related work stuff. But overall they are usally very nice. Could be faster when looking for packages. Have system it's looks like chaos in the back. Although the women did find my package rather quickly

Was screamed at for simply dropping off pre-paid packages in boxes that the window rep didn’t approve of. I contacted the platform to ensure I was using the correct boxes for the label and the platform not only said they were approved, they are the PREFERRED boxes. Now their postmaster is going to be getting a call from a multi-billion dollar app to discuss why that denial of service constitutes breach of contract. Arrogant, rude, and unaware of their own policies. Since this incident I’ve frequented Plainsboro, Helmetta, and Franklin Park and shared this story to their enjoyment. Dayton has earned its 1 star rating.

The most waste of your time you'll ever endure! Seems everyone has their own negative experience here, and it keeps testing new lows! Overall, this location looks sloppy and unorganized. Very eager to charge and over charge you for anything. I credit locations like this for the demise of the USPS. (UNITED STATES PROCRASTINATION SERVICE)

It's like two people inside that are older and my do they move slow. They are helpful at times but catch attitude when you don't understand some things. From my experience MOST government offices are like this, they take their sweet ol time even if it's a few folks in line..?
