Most of the employees are rude, spend way to much time chatting it up withfriends, while the line grows longer and longer,when you schedule a pick up, they don't show. The lobby is never stocked with boxes.

This was my first time here. There's a large parking area so plenty of parking. Inside is a good size, not huge but not small and waiting in line wasn't bad at all. When I reached the window I was warmly greeted and my needs were all met. Questions I had promptly answered. A good experience. I'll be back and would recommend it.

In the past month, 10% of my packages ended in undeliverable. This was never happened before. Statistically, this is not by random! On one package label, the customer's deliver address + tracking number + tracking bar code are ALL scratched/smeared with dirty water, just leave a very clean returning address - so it was returned back to me. Others are without access to delivery. This is not normal. Someone is messing up packages inside USPS.

manager is very rude and unhelpful, treats customers terribly and I’m sure treats employees equally as bad which is why there are staffing issues. I would give zero stars the way this woman spoke to me as if I am her worst enemy . Raised her voice and talked down to a paying customer as the manager of a widely known business. Completely unacceptable as a professional. Openly admits that employees “cut corners” and do not scan all packages as they leave the initial post office and travel through the system so essentially leaving PAYING customers of USPS shipping labels entirely in the dark. UPS shipping labels are slightly more expensive but they never have issues remotely close to all that is wrong with USPS and specifically , in my experience , the Kendall park location. Whether you’re under staffed or not it’s unacceptable to leave customers in the dark about their valuable items r !!! Would genuinely not recommend this location to anyone maybe the New Brunswick one is better but truthfully this is not the first even the second or third bad experience I’ve had with USPS and I encourage anyone who reads this to use UPS as a much more efficient alternative.

This is specifically for the Passport service, the post office staff seems friendly.We had an appointment for new passport. Inside the USPS, there is no mention of where to go for passport, so you wait in line and ask where to go.After that, when we reached,we found out that a person is already waiting for his turn, why because the staff is on break. USPS asks to be here 10 mins early, and after 45 mins post the appointment time, the staff is still on lunch. I understand everyone needs to go to lunch but then don't have any appointments for the period.The same locations canceled two of my friends' passport application appointments on the morning of the appointment.

I liked my experience here at this usps. Specially mentioning Jacky. She is so great, patient and helpful takes request. Although she is sometimes under pressure being alone serving customers at the counter. She went beyond her time to help us on kids passport, and then helped in setting up po box. Store is big spacious, lots of boxes, huge parking. Only downside is they are always on 1 staff hence long waiting lines for customers. Overall like it better than livingstone road.

Just for the record, this location DOES NOT do passports, I have scheduled twice with them for my son and they cancelled on us the same day because of short staff. They should just remove this location from the list and let people choose from other locations

Always a long line to purchase stamps or mail a package. Their Automated Machine in lobby hasn’t worked since April 18,2023. To purchase stamps, it tells U to submit your credit card and wait until light turns green. It tells U , it is unable to provide a receipt that if I want to proceed, I can provide my email address . So I did! Then it tells U , it’s not able to print or dispense any stamps! Yesterday morning April 18, 2023 around 11:30 AM, Automated Machine was broken. I tried again last night at 9;45 PM and issue remains the same! So I put up a sign indicating OUT OF ORDER! When looking for phone number to contact KP post office directly, U get an 800 number with recording! I couldn’t buy stamps yesterday because there was only 1 clerk behind her area and line was backed up outside the door! Get some help! Fix your Automated Machine in lobby!

Filed a change of address form online but noticed it wasn't working. Went to this PO and they had me file both a change a address form and a hold mail form. They told me this way my mail won't get delivered and I can come pick it up next week. Well I went to pick it up and no mail. Mail isn't being forwarded and no one is holding my mail. Why, because its being delivered to my old address. I managed to get access to the old mailbox and sure enough it was stuffed with a week of mail. And guess what they had me do again, fill out a hold mail form again. The rep at the office told me I should just open a PO Box. They can't hold mail and they can't forward mail but yet they want me to spend money on a PO box....for what, to collect dust. Worse experience with a Post Office.

Made two appointments for a passport renewal and photos, both appointments got cancelled due to “Staffing Issues” I suggest hiring more people
