Shareef was very helpful and cooperative during my trip to your store. He suggested few options to match that go with the furniture I liked. He has good knowledge of sales and house decoration. He's very friendly and gave gud hospitality kind of behavior. I felt very comfortable buying stuff here. Seems like it's a reliable store. Today, we purchased a bed and sofa. Good selection. Good ambiance. Prices are reasonable. I felt the representative was pushy, but I guess that is how people are trained in the retail industry. Never let anyone leave the store without a purchase.

These guys promise you when you buy thing for the services and sell their Patala he of insurance and never come you have to call May be more than 1000 times and no one helps you , speacial the lady SARA do nothing and just sits there for nothing never experienced this with any other company.

With the passing of Alvin, our much loved feline it is well past time to upgrade our cat-a-clysmic (sorry, couldn't help myself) living room furniture that he had long ago turned into his second bedroom and claws out Pilates studio. I have passed US Brand for years and may have stopped in when it was an "Oriental Furniture Outlet" or a mattress wholesaler, I really can't remember. Whatever it was doesn't really matter, US Brand is a converted industrial garage stuffed to the rafters with furniture. Surprisingly the staff is very low key and allows you to catch your breath and get the lay of the land without descending like vultures on a wounded mongoose (very much appreciated BTW.) Unfortunately, their furniture inventory is not our style. Lots of laminate, white leather, sprawling Diamonique chandeliers and copious use of gold inlays. It felt more like an estate sale for the last Gabor sister or perhaps, Imelda Marcos. Obviously, this casino maximus style must sell but today was not the day to channel my inner Wayne Newton. Four stars for the very relaxed sales environment. Given the furniture jackals elsewhere, that's no small compliment.

Don't buy from here. My worst mistake. They said they will deliver all my furniture at a certain date , and then delivered only half of it. When I called the store for a refund of the remaining amount I was told that I needed to come into the store for a refund. Who does that? In today's age when everything is on the computer. They delivered the remaining half later but they guys delivering weren't good at assembling the furniture and took a lot of time doing it. You are better off going to Raymour and Flannigan or Ashley for comparable and even better quality furniture.
