I am so happy with the service I received at this UPS store. My package was packed weighed and taped by a wonderful woman on a very hot day during a Tuesday evening rush hour in NJ and made it on to the truck because it arrived five states away on thursday. This is one happy Mainer! Thank you!

Clean store. Went in and it wasn’t busy, there was only one other customer that was being helped. I came in with some Amazon returns. Stephanie who “assisted” was rude and short. Gave me an attitude, it seems like, for even just being in the store. Got annoyed that the brightness of my phone wasn’t bright enough for her to scan the QR code. One word responses until she decided to give me more attitude because my phone took more than 10 seconds to load the 2nd QR code. Not friendly. Not professional. Just plain rude. I’ll drive further to another UPS store than come here and have to be treated like that again.

Here's a Tyrone, the so-called manager, is the worst. I went to this UPS store to drop off a prepaid Amazon return, and the experience was ridiculous. Tyrone deliberately made the process difficult by insisting I take the item out of the box and recycle the box myself, while he only kept the item to be returned. His attitude was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, making what should have been a simple task frustrating. Avoid this store if you can. There are plenty of other UPS locations with staff who know how to treat customers properly.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!! I purchased very valuable and fragile items from an auction house and they picked them up for me and packaged/shipped them to me. They kept me up to date during the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my items safely and without any damage. All of my items were expertly packed…the best that I have ever received!!! I will definitely be using this store for all my packaging/shipping needs from now on!!!

Great staff, quality service. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was helped by Tyrone and a very chill woman whose name escapes me. While I waited, the lady was very patient and kind to a person who tried to just hand her an item unboxed to ship LOL. I would definitely use this store again and recommend it to my friends.

They send your shipments through USPS without telling you and when it gets lost or delayed it’s not them. You think you sending your packages through UPS but this store sends it through the postal service. I lost $500 worth of tests.

Tyrone is a racist individual with zero customer skills. He has the stamp in hand but still don’t notarize your document because he thinks himself as the petty functionary. Shame on him! Worst ups store in the area, stay away.
