This salon is pretty nice and clean. And Miss monica is really great doing my make up and hair. She is the one who make my make up and hairstyle before wedding. From that time i started to go this salon. She always do great to to do hair cut and hair color. She is very professional!

Very bad customer service called and booked ed ahead still they dint find my booking the facility doesn't care about customers everyone is busy and chatting no professionalism .pathetic service and dirty ambience not even sure if those employees are trained or they experiment on us . Would never recommend this place to anyone

I wanted to get a trim with face framing strands and assumed it was a simple ask considering that my stylist had 15 years of experience. I called ahead to confirm they were available to cut my hair. However, when she cut my hair she was involved with multiple other customers and also talking on the phone. Without asking whether I was ok with it, she chopped off a large front section of my hair. To make things worse, it was a highly uneven straight cut where the right half was much shorter and thicker than the left half. When pointing out this discrepancy, she stated that it was because my hair was naturally uneven (when in reality she just cut it bad). I left the store crying. Not only did I have a terrible haircut that took many months to recover from, but I also paid an exorbitant amount of money. Please learn from my mistake.

Only if I could give lesser stars. Terrible at people relation. Hair stylist is snobbish middle aged non Indian women who is so rude and sarcastic. She clearly has superiority complex and hates people of color. She needs a nice dose of bad attitude to give a taste of her own medicine. She never answers straight and treats people roughly. No customer value and regard. I tried a few times to reply gently and see if her attitude changes but I had to walk out because I could only tolerate to a certain extent. I feel sorry for the other stylist who has welcomed me and was very warm and loving.Service: Haircut

Monica did makeup and hairstyle for my daughter and I for my daughters sweet 16 and we both loved it so much. It lasted throughout the whole event and both of us got great compliments from many people. Monica is very friendly and gave great suggestions for both makeup and hairstyles. Definitely will continue going to her for future events.
