A retail bank should be open on Saturday. I now need to take time off from work to go inside the branch. Not acceptable.

TAKE THE SHARED ADVICE AND EXPERIENCE FROM OTHERS- STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM M&T. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to mortgage loans. Beyond unprofessional.

Wow, I am the first one to review! Actually I called today with a general question and the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful! I currently have all my banking with another entity but if possible would consider moving some funds to M&T Bank if it is practical. Thanks!
