In February, there was an offer for unlimited car washes at $16, which I accepted. I visited the car wash twice that month. However, I later discovered that they continued to charge me $30 for the subsequent months. When I checked my statements yesterday, I visited their center and spoke with the staff. They acknowledged the mistake and agreed to process a refund once the manager returns on Wednesday. They confirmed that I only used their services in February.
Today, I received a call from the manager, who claimed it was my mistake for not reviewing my statements, not theirs for charging me without my consent. Despite the error of charging me for services I neither approved nor used for the past three months, she refused to refund the money. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute.
I want to warn others to be cautious of promotional offers like this, as you might end up paying for services you are not aware of or did not intend to use.

They do a great job cleaning and drying the cars, and the vacuums are strong. The staff is friendly. Cynthia really helped me out and they are always running a special or have earned discounts. The monthly unlimited plan is the way to go! Pays for itself in two washes!

DO NOT GO THERE! My husband took my car and their machines CRACKED THE WINDSHIELD! My husband didn’t realize it until he pulled out of the lot. He went down Route 1, turned around and returned to the car wash. He spoke to one of the employees and then the manager. She insisted it could not have happened in the car wash. He wasted a hour talking with her and then trying to see if there was someone above her to speak with about it. She asked him to email her pictures of the windshield, which we did. She said she’d also review the videos from when he went in and out of the car wash. While you could see him drive in and out the video quality was so poor, you couldn’t make out the windshield. They said there was nothing they would do. We obtained an estimate from Safelite to replace the windshield (Acura MDX) and got a quote of $850. My husband then tried to return a few different times to speak to another manager and we were told there was no one else to talk to. There was nothing they would do about it. We tried to find a corporate number for Team Car Wash online without luck. He called another location, explained the situation and was told that someone would call him back, but that never happened.
Team Express Car Wash DAMAGED MY OTHERWISE PRISTINE CARE, and more importantly REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. In fact, they didn’t even want to refund the $22 for the cost of the wash that damaged my car in the first place! UNACCEPTABLE! I have to say I almost never wrote bad reviews because I like to support local businesses, however, I don’t want anyone else to go through an experience like this. Shame on them!

Have been going to this car wash for years, but recent experiences are not meeting up the expectations specially the exterior hand cleaning. Every time end up with self cleaning after returning from there for the lower sections of both sides of the cars.

I came to this car wash twice for the $20 wash. I left disappointed both times. First because it didn’t even clean the bird poop off my car and second I saw a large amount of scratches post wash which were not there before the wash. Took pictures right in the lot after the wash. Be careful

They used to be good but now a days their service just got worst , anything above basic is rip off , and the vaccines are extremely low pressure

Received a $10 monthly pass to use car wash. Facility is actually nice and people are nice and friendly. Even the regular monthly price is very reasonable.

$10 wash and they towel dry too....worth every penny. Be sure to tip them, they deserve it

Decent enough wash, but they’re never open when their hours say they are. Constantly close 30mins to a full hour before they’re supposed to. Ending my membership.

Great value, super friendly team, I was always against this type of service but if you get the highest bundle it actually makes financial sense. Definitely taking advantage of it!
