Extremely limited hours- no voicemail- Stay Away from this business!!!! They also work for the neighboring towns, towing cars and making big money off of it . Bad business for sure.

I had the same experience as Anna K. They had my jeep for almost two weeks and I ended up having to tow it to a different mechanic. I called several times for an update and they were very nonchalant about the fact that they hadn't called. They were actually annoyed that I was calling for an update. They insisted that they would call me back with information and they NEVER did.

Honest guys who do great work. I'm always comfortable bringing my car here for the past 6 years because I know the work done will be correct and efficient. They won't needlessly upsell you on repairs and will walk you through what the issue is, and how it needs to be taken care of.

Matt's Service Center has always (for many decades) been a top notch business with a very strong reputation of honesty and loyalty to their customers (and non-customers!). If they can't help, they likely know who can and have no problem pointing you in the right direction for a proper repair at a good price!

I've been going to Matt's for about 8 years, from before they moved to Roselle. Great guys, very knowledgeable, and the prices are very good. My entire family brings their cars here and we've never had an issue.
