I had a great experience and smooth buying process at Route 1 Hyundai. The team is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. They really take care of the customers and make sure you are satisfied and to get what you want. They are flexible and understanding the customer needs. I recommend to visit them , they are honest .

Recently bought a new car from here. Met Gaurav accidentally but he was a blessing throughout the search and buying process. He was very patient with us, gently guiding us to make a good decision without putting pressure on us or using cliched sales tactics. When other staff here were very friendly. The place has a lot of inventory to choose from unlike some other companies nearby.

Chet Chauhan was our salesman, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect vehicle for our needs. Chet's friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire car-buying process a breeze.
Mike Abreu, the manager, was also incredibly helpful. He was approachable, transparent, and worked with us to secure a great deal. Mike's involvement made a significant difference in our overall experience.

The team at Rt 1 Hyundai were great. Igli Kadriu and Fred Corea took great care in making sure I got the best deal and answered any questions I had. Fred also made sure to follow up after I took ownership of my vehicle in case I had any follow up questions. Aleef Zaman in the finance department made sure everything was clearly laid out despite my hundreds of questions about my options. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to maintain my vehicle through their program. Excellent job all around and I love my new car. Thanks all
