Ordering on the phone from Bob's Discount Furniture is so convenient! I had an issue with the website so I called, and the associate couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I've purchased for them in them in the past, and it's always a friendly, quality, helpful experience. Great job!

We’ve been working with Matthew at the Monmouth Junction location for about a year now, from small purchases such as an accent chair to bigger purchases like an entire bedroom set, he’s always patient, professional, and ready to show different items that fit my vision. Highly recommend asking for him while shopping at this location.

Today I went into bob’s with an idea of what I wanted. I had Scott as my consultant he was very helpful and friendly. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured or rushed to make a decision which was great. I am very happy with my purchase.

Worst Customer Service! They had a system outage and will not provide us with the dates for our furniture. They are saying they brought the furniture back to the inventory. We are sleeping on a couch because of them. Customer service left us on hold for 30 minutes until closing time, we asked to speak with a supervisor. The staff member put us on hold at 8:30 until 9:00pm and hung up. I do not recommend this store at all!

I went to Bob’s Furniture about a month ago. I was having trouble with living room furniture I purchased from there. I want to give 5 stars to Rosey B Store Manager and Matthew M Guest Experience Specialist. They solved all my problems and went above and beyond.
Bobs Furniture uses Guardian Protection Plan. On a 0-5 rating I’d give them a 0. I tried using them on 2 separate occasions and they completely ignored my issues.
