Today, it is almost unheard of that a salesperson will carefully listen to your request and then fulfill it exactly to your expectations. My boyfriend and I went to the store to buy an engagement ring. We showed up 20 minutes before closing. The older, large gentleman with glasses opened the door when we rang the bell. He said he was "closed" and seemed to be extremely judgemental. I've worked in retail before, and I understand that it can be frustrating to have people show up before you close. Butt he lost out on a sale. He was just extremely rude, and I would never go there or recommend them.

Super rude. Heavy guy that works there with glasses was super rude to me and my girl.Tried to shop here time was 20 minutes before they closed. I ring the bell he opens the door and just stood in the way and said there closed. I told him you guys close at 4 though its only 3:40 ? Treated us like we were gonna rob the store or something. When trying to shop for a ring.The guy addressed me at the door and wouldn't let me shop. When I told him I'm trying to buy a ring. He was rude again. Lost out on money. I will never give anyone like that business ever. Disrespectful and judgemental. Stuck up don't spend any money here. I wouldn't give them anything, horrible customer service. What kind of business turns down business to customers trying to find a ring for their loved one?!

Had a great experience purchasing a new engagement ring at Belle Jewelers.I had unfortunately lost my ring which was luckily insured and my husband replaced it with a beautiful cushion cut diamond ring for our 25th Anniversary. I love my new ring & my experience at Belle Jewelers. They were friendly, professional & very helpful in picking out a setting & the perfect diamond. I’d recommend them highly.

Went to Belle Jewelers as they came highly recommended. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. After wearing my engagement ring and wedding band for 25 years the gold became very weak. While showing them my rings, they noticed I had only 1 prong holding my diamond in the setting. They fixed both rings and I couldn’t be any happier. They look brand new!

Came here based on a friend's recommendation because my stone on my engagement ring came loose. Had a wonderful experience! Marleine and Elie were super friendly, knowledgeable and patient as they went through options of repairing the original band and ultimately helping me decide on a new one. The new setting is absolutely beautiful and we are so pleased with the process. Highly recommend Belle Jewelers.

I took a men's family ring to Eli and Madeleine at Belle Jewelers to have it made into a pendant for my niece. I picked it up yesterday and I cannot imagine how much nicer it could be. Eli did a fantastic job of preserving the appearance of the ring while enhancing it and creating a very beautiful pendant for my niece. I recommend them highly for their workmanship, creativity and friendliness.
