“My previous tenant lost a refund check of her security deposit I mailed her. I failed have a copy of it have no idea about the check # which I purchased in the Edison branch. However, both the cashiers and its supervisor of this Dayton branch took extra miles to contact to their superior office and found a way to cancel the previous bank check and create a new one for my tenant. Although I made a couple of trips there, I am still very happy with their attitude towards customers. Thanks.”
