“I love the people in this post office. I moved into the area recently and opened a post office box. When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”

“Peter at this USPS office is amazingly helpful, and always has a word of advice on the best way to send my stuff. Glad to have someone with his experience and friendly attitude working here. Even more so through the pandemic when we lost so much in-person connectivity with family, friends, and acquaintances.”

“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“Walter, the postal service rep is one of a kind! He went out of his way to help me out with my package. He weighed my stuff first to make sure I am saving money and he went ahead and packed my box for me. His good and kind and helpful nature should be emulated and this post office should be very proud for having an employee like him!”

“Best post office ever. Easy kiosk. SWEETEST MAN EVER WORKS THERE. Just the absolute sweetest kindest most helpful guy. I had to write a review about him. He’s in the little side window area where u give packages. Did not catch his name. You are just the best.”

“This is my favorite post office and I almost don't want to write a review so that it will remain my own hidden gem! It's a little hidden, in an adorable old brick building off the main road. Inside you will find the most helpful and patient USPS representative, who is a jewel herself. Now, please don't go to this post office so that I can keep it to myself and not have to wait in any lines!”

“My job opened a PO Box at this location months ago for mail. It has been a pleasant experience overall. They offer 24/7 access to the PO Box and always have friendly staff. It does get backed up during busy hours but they’re doing their best. Very clean environment. Overall, a great USPS branch.”

“Quick and easy service. Carl was very pleasant. My favorite feature though were the automatic doors. Every post office needs them! It was so easy walking in with heavy packages to drop off. Five stars all round!”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”

“In all honesty, I only ever come in here to buy stamps, but I've found that the people behind the counter are invariably friendly and helpful, and the lines have never been very long (at least that's been my experience so far). The parking situation is the only down side, and can be confusing if you're not from the area. You have to pull into the shopping center (or strip mall; I'm not sure which it would "technically" qualify as), travel 1-way past the Dunkin Donuts (used to be a Boston Market) and a few other stores, and then pull into whatever available space you can find. Pulling in isn't so much the problem as backing out, as the cars that are coming in tend to do so at a high rate of speed. Then again, I've become a timid driver in my old age.Sometimes I'll park on the less crowded side of the (small) shopping center in order to avoid that potential hazardous pitfall.Pulling back out onto Springfield Ave. can be a pain in the neck too. You can only pull out in one direction, which is not the direction that takes me home. A relatively minor annoyance, though, when I consider how quickly and painlessly I'm able to buy my postage stamps. And, on a side note, whatever happened to the Wanted posters that used to hang from post office walls? I never recognized any of the thugs, desperadoes, terrorists, bank robbers or felonious maniacs pictured on them, but I always derived a certain morbid entertainment value from perusing them. I guess "America's Most Wanted" on TV made them obsolete? Inquiring minds want to know...If I happen to be in the area, this is the post office I prefer to patronize.I can't speak for their mail delivery, or how adeptly they handle incoming packages, or how well they process money orders, etc.But if you're interested only in buying stamps, this place is very highly recommended.”

“I have to tell you that I'm extremely pleased with Belle Mead Post Office. Its neighbor Hillsborough post office is slower than a Turtle with arthritis. I'm sure they're nice people but when the line is super long they don't seem to be able to quicken their pace. At Belle Meade they are quick, thorough, and instructive. They teach people how to prepare packages and how to print their postage prior to coming to the service desk. Other post office have people filling out forms and taping packages closed right at the counter while people wait. Their approach is to educate and serve the community so everyone can get in and out as quickly as possible. I've been meaning to create this review for a long time and finally getting to it. Of course their are high traffic times like early morning and lunch time when people are doing errands. Try to avoid those times if you can and I can assure you that you will have a nice experience. “I usually go to USPS North Brunswick(Livingston) b/c Vince is so cool and knows everything about his job. I came here b/c my fav. location doesn't open until 10AM(They losing a star for that. Lol). I went into this USPS, it smelled good, had available pens, looked really clean and then met this woman who helped me patiently with my packaging and provide plenty of good options. Her name was Tanya. I think she was the supervisor but I mean customer service was superior. This might be my new favorite location. They open early, clean, provide minor accessories that is this essential. Usps is has a lot of competition and little things like this location makes USPS stay on the modern map....especially with their great prices. Thank Tanya. God bless. You rock!! Keep up the great team work Milltown!!”

“Been avoiding this post office for the past 6years since buying a home here because the customer service just didn’t exist. The few times I absolutely needed to use the post office was painful and I dreaded ever coming! There is a gentleman that works here now and he is so helpful, pleasant and has such a warm and friendly spirit! I was shocked, relieved and most of all so HAPPY! This location is closest and I now look forward to using the post office! No more searching online for anyplace else to go out of my way!THANK YOU so much for all you do and your KINDNESS! You are so very welcome to this neighborhood and we are so fortunate to have you!”

“I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.”

“Joshua is the most efficient person I have ever met in a USPS store, highly skilled and helpful. I was in and out of the store to mail a package for less than a couple minutes.”

“Have never had any problems with this post office.I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line. They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven). They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.”

“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”
