If I could I would give them 0 stars. We just moved in the neighborhood and wanted a place to wash and dry our clothes while we waited for our home appliances to arrive. My husband who completed a 12 hour shift 5am to 5 pm from work came to this laundromat quickly to do two loads. He anticipated the dryer will be done around 7:15/7:20 and made the owner aware of the fact that he will come back by the time they are done. My husband went to pick up dinner and was at the place at 7:18 and the owner left. The owner was well aware our clothes were in the dryer. Our clothes in the dryer overnight. No courtesy no sense of customer service.I confronted the new lady in the morning when I went to pick up the crumpled wrinkled clothes, she did not seem apologetic, she said that “we are here from 7am to 7pm too and need to go home.”I understand and can relate working long hours but we are not daily customers who always come late to pick their clothes from dryer after hours. This was a one off thing and they couldn’t wait 10 more minutes.The owner in the evening should have clarified that if you don’t come by 7:15 I will close and leave. The owner made it seem it was ok to go over a little on dryer time after closing time then locked and left!!

Ran through 10 loads of laundry in about 2 hours after fumigating our home. New, clean facility with on site ATM and change machine. Quarter op laundry machines were beasts, and the attendant and was quite helpful.
