The worst car dealer in nj. Be careful if you go buy. I buy a truck there, made a couple miles check engine goes on. Went there to fix they make me to pay. No inspection. I open a couple times the passenger window she falls down and I have to fix. Bulsheat dealer. Be careful with these people. They only want your money

We recently purchased a dump truck from Vitale Motors and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Traveling all the way from Kansas to New Jersey for this specific truck, we were greeted warmly upon arrival. Bobby took care of us and ensured everything went smoothly. The details on the dump truck were exactly as described online, and there were no surprises. The service we received from Bobby and the entire team was amazing—they provided great vibes and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend Vitale Motors for anyone in need of a vehicle. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Not a good or safe company to deal with.
Elaboration: Yes I bought a box truck with a junk rear end in it from you guys a couple years ago and it was very dangerous. I broke down half way and had to have it towed back. You told me you'd cover half the cost of the rear end and I have yet to see that payment.
So again, not a good or safe company to deal with.

The Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I spoke on the phone multiple times a day with Scott for about a week. He was always extremely helpful, and there for whatever we needed. Provided additional information we asked for very suiftly. We ended up flying over to the dealership from New Mexico, to see a truck we were interested. They accomodated our schedule and were extremely helpful while we were there checking the two trucks we were interested in. We were there for like three hours! I will also say they have a very unique and well taken care of set of vehicles in their lot. We will always consider this dealership for our future needs.

Vitale Motors provided exceptional service for buying our family business work truck. Their prices are very fair and Scott and his team were very helpful throughout the whole buying process. Tia with finance walked us through step by step what needed to be done and got things done extremely quick. They went above and beyond for pick up day and had the truck ready a few days earlier than planned. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks to everyone at Vitale Motors for helping my husband’s dreams come to fruition. We hope to do more business with you in the future!

I am the Property Manager of an HOA in New Hampshire, we just purchased a 2013 Ford E450 Super Duty Cutaway van. Scott McKenna was our sales representative. Since we were purchasing the vehicle remotely, the challenges were many and the time required to complete and purchase and take delivery was an extended period. Scott McKenna went above and beyond in order for us to complete this sale even taking the time to contact us to verify that we had received our delivery from a 3rd party transportation company. I would highly recommend Vitale Motors, and we fully intend to seek their services in the future if the need arises! Thank you.

Had a great experience dealing with Vitale Motors, Scott M. in particular. He knows his business and he's very easy to deal with. I purchased a Ford F450 Utility Body from Vitale and I'm very happy with it. When I'm ready to purchase my next truck, I'll start with a call to Scott M. at Vitale.

Worked with Scott. Had no issues with buying my service vehicle from them. Dylan had the truck all cleaned up for me when I arrived to pick it up.

I purchased a vehicle that belonged to one of the owners, and from the pictures you would think the truck was pristine. After spending $25,000 on the vehicle, three weeks later the truck just died for no reason. A new battery, alternator and battery cables fixed it temporarily, and within day of this repair, the truck was discovered to have four bad control arms up front, plus a leak from the oil pan and, as well as the rear main seal. I spent $6,165 in repairs, within a month of owning the vehicle, which I was told was kept in "great condition". Mind you, this was supposed to be a family car, but I haven't been able to take my family anywhere in a truck that doesn't run. The newest issues are now the check engine coming on AGAIN, and it seems a new catalytic converter is needed, not to mention the driver side window motor going out as I sat at the mechanic shop discussing the latest engine light. Let's see what it costs to get this thing back together this time... who knew a vehicle that was "well taken care of" would need $8,000 worth the work in less than 60 days? $35,000 later, I definitely feel I was sold a song, and it continues to be an expensive lesson learned. I expressed my concerns to Scott, who basically gave me a "sorry" over the phone for my troubles. I feel like I fell for the oldest dealer trick in the book, buyers beware!
