I have bought 2013 Honda civic from William Silva on November 7th 2021 but unfortunately when I went to the DMV, I just realized it is salvage title. He never told me about it.Also, it failed inspection!!I contacted him so many times but his response was like " man, I gave you the VIN and you should have checked"I bought from a shop even it was expensive but I thought he had a good reputation. I already file a case "DC form" at middlesex county court.I never advise anyone to buy from him.I here attached a screen shot of the carfax report, title, and our consersation.

Took my classic mercedes 500sl there first to fix a section of paint that was faded. Did a super job and very reasonable. My car looks great and he used genuine mercedes paint. I have used him two other times since for my daily driver cars. Great job each time.
