I'm not one to leave reviews but just had to share my experience. I confirmed an 8:30 AM appointment on Memorial Day, which I was a bit skeptical about, and it turns out I was right...Arrive at the "shop", and no one is here and the phone is going straight to voicemail. Not the end of the world of course, but I have 3 kids, and it took some coordination just to make it to the appointment. Not to mention I had empty out ALLLL of the stuff from the car to come here. Time is so valuable these days and mine was just wasted, which I don't appreciate.As a professional, I could tell this was a young kid just starting out his business - Not someone who sounded like he'd be reliable. So I was skeptical he'd be here on Memorial Day.... Turns out I was right.Book at your discretion! Maybe they'll be here maybe they won't.Service: Auto detailing

I would highly recommend polished look auto detailing!! I had my moms car done for a birthday present for her and it looks BETTER now than it did brand new off the lot. The owner was extremely professional and accommodating with scheduling. This was over all such a positive experience, and we will be back for future services.

The owner was extremely professional and attentive. I booked an appointment last minute but he took the time to walk me through the entire process of finding his place and was punctual as promised. His team went above and beyond fixing a small spill in the back of my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough car cleaning.Likewise, I'm considering using their services for an external detail because they did such a great job with the internal. Could not recommend them more!

The owner Rocky was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. I brought my SUV in to get detailed and to buff out a couple of scratches. He went above and beyond. My car came back absolutely immaculate. Thank you again rocky !

Owner was very professional. Showed up on time, was able to get scratches out of my car, which was the original reason I called him. He did a great job, my car look s brand new again!!!
