Joe, the owner, sent a three-man team to help with my move from one apartment to another a few streets over in Highland Park… and he could not have sent three harder-working men for the job! Casper, Devin, and David showed up with GREAT attitudes and immediately set me at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. As a single woman trying to move a 2 bedroom apartment by herself, I needed all the help I could get, and I felt like I was in great hands with these three! The guys made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the move (they literally set up a chair in the shade and requested that I sit and take a load off!! I didn’t lift a finger!) while they did all the heavy lifting. They went the extra mile at every opportunity: they wrapped my couch, TV, and other fragile items with care before loading, and patiently conferred with me at the new apartment to figure out the best furniture layout for each room. Joe even stopped by personally to chat with me and check in to make sure the move was starting off smoothly, which was an extra boost of confidence that I was in good hands.
