Absolute garbage… toilet started to flood the room and when I asked for a refund they said that all they could do is change my room. Disgusting service and stains everywhere. Just sleep at the train

An absolute disaster starting with sink, toilet, fridge, bathroom window, tv/cable, wifi, and A.C./Heater unit all items i previously mentioned either completely broke or nonexistent.
