Was stuck on the side of an on ramp one night and luckily they were located super close to where I was stranded. The Driver was super nice and understating and got my car home.

Had my car towed by them and they were VERY nasty in the office for no reason. Its almost as if they were annoyed that they had to work. One of the guys with tattoos in the office was blasting the TV while I was trying to talk to the other worker. Very unprofessional.

5 stars! I called for a tow. The front desk was very nice and polite. I was serviced by technician David. He arrived quickly and took care of my vehicle. I was very happy with his service, thanks again. Highly recommended.

I broke down and I was looking for a local company to help me. I have an autistic son and he was having a meltdown, my wife gave a laundry list of things to do today and I was having a bad day. But thanks to them I was able to get pick up super fast and on the road again. I haughty recommend them. Thank you guys you are awesome!!

so our car broke down on the parkway exit 125. What I didn't know was that you had to go through the parkway website to get a tow on the parkway. They send Julian's over to us, the only thing was they wouldnt take us where we needed to go and dropped us off at a random street off the parkway. They charged us 150$ to go maybe 4 miles. then left us on a random side street. can't believe this was something they were allowed to do, we wound up having to call another tow company to take us home which was less then 10 miles away. UNReal.

Probably 9ne of the worst towing companies ever in buisness, I wouldn't call them for nothing, there all rude, the guys who drive the tow trucks will insult you, call you names, belittle you and overcharge you for eveything, it's one of the worst around, you'd be better off pushing your car then dealing with this place, they should not be in buisness, if you wanted to he treated like a dog and not a human then this place is for you. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES !!! EVER !!

Long and detailed review 0/5 I was harassed by an employeeDrove by this place recently and remembered an experience I had back in June. My radiator cap came unscrewed while I was on the parkway and spewed coolant all over my belt and caused me to lose everything. 20 minutes into me waiting for my dad to bring me more coolant and for the truck to cool off a cop stopped to make sure I was okay, he told me I could wait as long as I had to, but to call if I needed a ride into town. 10 minutes after that a tow truck from Julian's Garage pulled up behind me and motions for me to get out (on the parkway at rush hour). I ask him "Hi can I help you?" His response was "Yeah you can get off my parkway". I told him all I did was overheat and I was waiting for my dad to bring me more coolant since almost all of it was gone. He told me that the state police called him to get me off the highway, I asked him what the time limit on being broke down on the parkway was and he said that it didn't matter because I wasn't allowed to leave an abandoned vehicle on the parkway. I asked him if he or the police were going to arrest me for sitting there for another hour while I waited for my dad to bring me coolant, then he told me it was $107 to get off at this exit or double if I refused service then I'd have to pick it up on Monday at the shop. I asked if I called AAA if they'd pay for it, he kept dodging around the question and saying AAA couldn't tow on the parkway, but that wasn't what I was asking. The man harassed me for 45 minutes and tried convincing me that I blew/seized my engine and eventually I was just too tired to argue with him and had AAA give him the okay to tow me to the quick check. He acted surprised when he tried to turn my truck on to get it off the dolly and it started right up and was mad that I didn't give him any tip. My assumption is that he was looking for a quick $107 and hoping I'd pay him in cash rather than AAA.

Forced to use this towing company after a terrible car accident that wasn't my fault. They're charging me over $1000 in storage fees for an accident that I have explained over and over again that I have no control over because the at-fault driver's insurance company is fighting it. Ridiculous. Vicious letters sent to your house of them threatening to report the car as abandoned. Are you serious, it's a wreck! They just wanna reach into your pockets for things you can't control if you get your car towed here tow it somewhere else immediately.
