Swathi was our go to person and she coordinated our visit very well, including telling us where to park. Swathi was so patient and friendly. She showed us different varieties of pieces in my budget. I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. They took great care of an old veteran and provided the type of service that made you feel comfortable about making a large purchase. I noticed they had 3 Rolex watches available for purchase. I tried on a 36mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust with the fluted bezel and a blue dial in mint condition and told them that I wanted a day to think about the purchase. Vivian held the watch for me after I called later that day and I purchased it the following morning. This is a family run business and they have another location in Red Bank. “Charming little Irish shop... Found this place about six months ago. They were closed on a Sunday ( and still are), but finally had the chance to stop in earlier today. Hours posted are a little off. They have a sign on the door stating open 11:30- 4:30 Tuesday through Saturday. Of course I arrived early and just waited it out. So glad that I did! Christmas shopping has never been easy on me for that special someone. With the help of Rosanne the owner, she guided me through a few options. Yes, I finally found a Belleek cottage for our curio. Bonus for me was that it's the Quiet Man cottage, which if you have seen the movie or have been there you'll understand. Plus an authentic wool Irish sweater and a scarf. Sorry no pictures this time. That's because they actually do gift wrapping. A nice selection of Irish trinkets in this store. Do check out the back room if you come. It was mentioned to me, that there store in Red Bank does more of a selection of custom jewelry. Definitely worth a stop. But do call first to confirm they are open.”
