“About a week ago I walked into the South Amboy branch to inform them that I either misplaced or lost my wallet and needed to take appropriate action to cancel my personal and business cards. To say that I was irate is an understatement.

I was addressed by Evander, who was tasked to help me through this situation. While I was still irate (not at the bank, but myself), Evander tried to diffuse my anger, treating me delicately and compassionately, but I wasn’t having it. I just needed to solve this problem. And boy, did he ever!

He patiently assisted me in cancelling my cards and helped me activate replacements. In a matter of minutes, my issues were solved!

I want to thank Evander for his attention to my misfortune, and looked forward to returning to the branch to thank him personally.
