VERY SKETCHY COMPANY. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.Where do I start! Me and my partner’s experience with AMG Auto unfortunately was not the best. We came to AMG around the end of June to purchase a car. The first day we walked we saw a white Cadillac ATS 2013 brown interior and my partner fell in love with it , so he decided to get it. We left the dealership with the car the same day .. only to later realize that the check engine light had been coming on. We take the car back to the shop they reset the engine light.. it comes back on a couple days later so my partner takes the car to a mechanic for a check. The mechanic tells us then catalytic converter is we shot and it would be about $1200 to repair. We take the car back to AMG to get it traded in. They never told my partner that our credit would be ran again so after they ran the credit check we left with a new car. I asked Anthony (finance manager or whatever ) if I would be able to take my name off the car at any time as I was co signing with my partner, he said YES NO PROBLEM. Fast forward about 6 months later I called them to take my name off the loan as I’m trying to get another loan. Anthony says “you need to call the bank” I call the bank they advise we would have to refinance and it’s not a simple process. I call Anthony back and tell them what was said .. Anthony’s words: “we can’t do anything that’s not our problem , you have to figure it out on your own “ so now we have to go thru the whole process of re finance to take my name off the loan and get it into my partners. We were also suppose to cosign and the bank said they only saw my name . i forgot to mention during the time we had to wait for the new car they gave us a rental car from Turo which was owned by one of the employees cousins.. they paid for the rental car but we had no ezpass and I had to pay about $150 in fees from turo after being sent to collections smh. I would not recommended this company AT ALL. They lie and don’t give you the full story We have had nothing but drama and stress since walking into AMG. I regret it so much. Do not go here!

Showed up on a whim because I saw a few nice trucks on the lot. Stopped in, talked to Bobbie and immediately he had me test driving the Silverado 1500 I was eyeballing. After a few miles up and down I was in love. He got me bought into my new pickup the same day, helped to get approved right away and made the paperwork very easy for me too. It’s been 3 months, and the car is as good as he promised Not a single issue. This place is well worth the ride

Eddie in service was fantastic. Traded in my car, got a Toyota Camry. My favorite thing though - how transparent and honest they are. The online description matches perfectly with the real life version. I found that to be extremely rare these days, but super appreciated
