Ziggy is a BMW expert and a straight shooter. He calls out unnecessary repairs which the dealer and other brake/tire job places lie about. He repaired the oil valve gasket cover issue I was having for months, repaired the brake sensor in the pad (which did not require replacement as another placed lied about) and the car is running great. I'm a permanent customer now.

I can't even rate the work done here but my rating is based on the fact that my husband never received a call back from Ziggys. He brought his 2014 Bmw 335i in a few weeks ago with concerns about the air conditioning not blowing cold air. His car was looked at, he gave them his number , VIN number...and called them to follow up, and never heard back. Very disappointing. We're local customers and would have loved to give business to a local business owner. I just think if a business looks at your vehicle and states they will call you back to bring your car in, then they should do as promised. Furthermore, if they could not work on the vehicle, they could have called or even sent an email stating so. Disappointing

Took my car for the first time to Ziggys’s today and was most impressed. My BMW dealer had recommended a bunch of expensive repairs, though Ziggy went through the car and said none of them were needed at this time. Just did d the oil change and some other basic things. I’m definitely bringing my car to him going forward for all maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend this place.

First off, Ziggy is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic! He completely rebuilt the entire VANOS system on our BMW 328i xDrive and got the car running again. A very dishonest BMW dealer in the area (do honest dealers exist?) quoted us $20K to replace the engine and suggested, in fact, to buy a new car. Obviously we didn't buy their nonsense. Ziggy fixed it, instead. Ziggy is very fair, honest and professional.Ziggy is also a certified BMW mechanic who worked for a BMW dealer for over 15 years.

He's a nice person but not sure what else good I would add beyond that. I dealt with him about 4-5 months ago - just as a reference. I had few issues dealing with him. 1) multiple phone calls to find status and I don't nag. I must have called 8 times and he twice. I called when I didn't get call as promised - to set the record 2) discussing problem - it was more of a trial and error vs him knowing the issue. had drivetrain issue. first made me replace all plugs then fuel injector and I was told problem solvedbut not really. error popped up back in 200 miles 3) didn't get access to car for over a week 4) $1300 spent had to be all cash. Fortunately i had sold the car 10 days later so I didn't get to check if he would fix or charge more. However, the person I sold it too was not happy with the issues and he didn't want to come back to Ziggy. So overall what I thought was a good experience wasn't. For someone just dealing in BMW's should know the problem and fix it first time or do the necessary checks before giving the car back.

Got my 2014 328i timing chain replaced. Ziggy was happy to provide receipts and had no problem returning the parts that were replaced, and turned it around in under a week. Great service and cheaper than the dealer.

Ziggys is a great BMW technician. He explains the process, the costs, and timing of everything that was needed to be fixed with our 328i. His prices are very reasonable and he does a stellar job. Ziggy does excellent work. He is always honest and never oversells service you don't need. I have had him work on several cars over the last six years, and I have never been disappointed. If you want a great BMW technician and at a fraction of the dealer cost - he's your man!
