Consistently understaffed, very slow to prepare prescriptions, and prescriptions are inexplicably put back after letting them know I will be coming to pick them up. Had to change pharmacies despite the convenience of the store location

The front end and photo people are ok, the only thing keeping this at 2 stars not 1. Pharmacy is rude, slow and unorganized.

I just was in your store and I witnessed Brandon preventing an elderly from being scammed. He was patient and tried to explain to her that he thinks she should go to the police and be sure this isn’t a scam. She was very hesitant I reinforced Brandon and we prevented her from buying it. Brandon has excellent values and is an asset to your company! Value him!!

This place is god awful. I saw a pharmacist tell a lady they don’t have accu check machines when it’s right in front of her face. I work night shift and came from from work dealing with them from 10:30 am until currently 2:00 pm and my issues are STILL currently unresolved. They tell me my prescriptions are ready and I have been there twice now with issues. And the pharmacists can’t even get off their break to resolve the issue. I’ve seen multiple issues for clients. This place has no customer service and complete lack of communication. Incompetence. All I can say is thank god they aren’t pharmacists/pharmacy techs at my hospital, and do not go here

Honestly, NO regard for customer service or customer's time. EVERY TIME I go there, there is a line of 10 or more and one person servicing the register. And they actually are defensive if you question anything or ask if there is someone else that can provide mediocre customer service. Definitely have the mentality they are the Only Showin Town, and unfortunately, they are.

Their system is way old doesn't work,multiple times they took information to put in the system to get flu shot, it took me forever to get shot. Staff they don't know the value of patient time very pathetic service even made appointment before.

Went for flu shot and COVID booster. Waited over 45 minutes for the shots after checking in because they forgot about me.

DO NOT GO HERE.
I waited an hour after our vaccine appointment to get my child vaccinated. And no one masks, not even staff. The pharmacist also shamed my kid for being nervous. I'd give it 0 stars of I could.
