TPS light kept coming on so I was thinking I had a slow leak. Easy on line appointment made. Arrived and taken immediately. Quick service and back on the road in a short time. Always very customer focused at this store. Great experience.

Recently visited on 08/25/2024. I got a wheel alignment done. Already, 5 stars for giving me the $20 off right away from the Mavis Off Any Purchase coupon I had, no questions asked. The alignment was also pretty quick and they did a job well done.
Fast forward to 08/26/2024, I noticed my steering wheel was still slightly off. No worries, I decided I’ll bring it back to STS hoping they could solve it out quickly.
08/27/2024, I came in and they got to work right away. Yes, it was early morning and it wasn’t busy. But they weren’t “taking their time” and got to attend to me quickly. Took about another 30 mins for the alignment to get checked again. They adjusted the toe and everything was set. No charged fees, upcharge, or any type of BS. They also provided me a 6 month warranty. Huge thank you to the guys at STS (Ambrose and Chris) for taking care of the problem quickly and easily. These guys are pretty straightforward and I couldn’t thank them enough for their honest work.

They provided clear, honest advice about what my car needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The quality of work was top-notch, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable tire shop, STS is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Amazing no nonsense service and to be honest, they made my day. I had an amazingly bad day yesterday as my tire caught a nail and I had to change to a spare at the side of the road in 90 degree weather. Additionally, it was right before birthday . MY LUCK.
Upon walking in here you are greeted by the employees who were really nice and welcoming. After telling them the situation I got from them a “don’t worry, we’ll take care of you”. Immediately, I was like, wow they didn’t even check the tire or try to upsell me like other places have.
It is safe to say this is the best place you can go to in the Somerville area. They patched my wheel in under an hour for the standard price you would get elsewhere. They also took the further step and balanced my wheels for me.
I recommend this shop over any other in the area. I’ll be taking all my cars here in the future.

Had a great experience, needed assistance on a Sunday afternoon and the team was able to help me out in a tight place. The Assistant manager Janae and the Service manager Anthony had great knowledge were able to make some helpful recommendations and then completed the work asap. Overall best you can ask for from an emergency trip to the tire shop.

I had a air leak in one of tires and they were very helpful. We weren’t able to find the replacement I wanted, so they put on my spare tire at no extra charge. No pressure to buy anything from them. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will seriously consider going back to them for my future tire needs. I highly recommend them.

bad experience I went for an alignment and balancing with my used tires in good condition and the sts told me you need new tires ok put me on new tires it lasted 3 weeks because of the workers they didn't do the alignment and balancing they didn't respect my warranty I spent 800 dollars for 2 tires no more I do not recommend sts I return to mr tire they scammed me
