Nice, clean store. However, review your bill prior to leaving the store. Typically there may be an item marked on sale, however you’ll be paying full price. Sometimes I’ll see the error on the bill before leaving and walk over to the customer service counter - which is when the fun begins. The customer service reps will communicate an excuse (how they forgot to remove the on sale tag..) and give you a hassle to get your credit. They are reluctant to give you a credit, so you have to hold firm in order to get your money back. I shop there weekly and this happens roughly 50% of the time.

The cashier, young black lady who worked at night time was super rude and she was chatting with another cashier while treating the customers. And she didn’t give any glimpses of people when giving the recipe and kept talking with another cashier. Super rude!

I bought flowers and after 2 minutes found something different and wanted to exchange them. I asked the person at the flower shop if the amount difference between 2 flowers was $8, the first one was $12 and the second one $19, but she wanted to charge me $15, and when I asked her why it was more, she was like that's it, you should pay that. I went to customer service and explained the situation, they said we can not help with flowers you have to go there again. This is unusual that they did not return or exchange it for the correct amount and nobody wanted to help, and been so unprofessional and mean! I’ve never seen in any shopping center this kind of attitude!

They always need more cashiers when I go. Making the place even more crowded. I heard two cashiers complaining about someone and their shift the entire time I was online, as they're checking people out. Which slows down the checkout service as well. There's a gentleman that works in frozen that is always so happy to be there and greets everyone who walks by.
I don't shop here anymore. Hepatitis was passed along to the public by someone who didn't wash their hands before cutting lunch meat. They also do not take responsibility if you fall in their parking lot due to their negligence. I suffer from a herniated disc because of this.

I like to buy groceries from ShopRite because there is a special promotion every week. But yesterday I bought sushi because there is a 30% discount after 8 PM. When I checked out it did not have a discount so I requested help from the assistant.
Instead, she does the discount for me, she adds the price called "food service" to $9.79.
When I saw the receipt for $52.06 I thought it was not right. I asked her to correct the prices for me but she pointed me to contact the old lady at the counter service.
I tried to explain my problem to her but she looked at me like I was stupid and yelled at me "I don't know what you are talking about?
When she mumbles some bad words and calculates for a while then she asks me back "How many I owned you?"
I was confused and explained "Please cut the food service and discount the sushi for me" but she yelled at me again and she said, "THERE IS NO FOOD SERVICES".
What the ... !?!?
Then she refunded me $7.49 but it wasn't right anyway. I didn't want to fight when her and decided to leave.
To the owner, please educate some of your employees about the service mind. I go to Shoprite every week but this time is very disappointing to me.

Increasingly paranoid about store theft to the point where its comical. They need to treat staff and customers better. Management clearly doesn't know how to manage people nor expectations.
