Great costumer support and website I was able to order the products i knew that i wanted and order samples of products that i wanted to try. They had an Item not in stock so they had their distributed ship it directly to me. Thank you guys very much.

10/10 Highly recommend. Placed an order on a few sample products Mark had listed on his website, called one hour later to see if I can add one more order and he had already packed my order and was ready to ship! Shockingly good customer service. Like really good. I'm not usually impressed by customer service but with Ruesco I am. I forgot to put a discount code in and he gave me free preworkout samples to make up for it. Another purchase, i forgot to click 2 scoops on a preworkout sample and he texted me to ask if i really only wanted a half serving. He even helped me out and just let me get 2 scoops for the price of one because of my mistake. Also they're just so awesome for selling samples of preworkouts, just an amazing business model. So thankful for them!

I have found the absolute best high end and most interesting preworkouts and other supplements from Ruesco. The best part is that you can purchase samples and give it a shot before committing to a full tub or jar of something that may not be what you’re looking for. I’m excited to utilize the samples that I’ve ordered and start my work on a supplement regimen to my gym routines. The samples are very reasonably priced and as little as a buck or two for high end supplements.
Communication through their messenger is swift and consistent. S&H fees come with options as opposed to some other programs I’ve ordered from that provide as little as one or two delivery options. The process is quick, both times I ordered in the evening time after 5pm and both times I had a tracking number by next morning.
I highly recommend cross referencing reviews on reddit and ordering samples from ruesco to determine your own regimen and have fun experimenting while achieving your gains and goals in the gym!

This is one of the best Supplement Shops available today. If you are looking to purchase samples of pre-workouts before you commit to a full tub, look no further, Ruesco is the only big name in town that does it It. Also, it is incredibly rare to see online retailers put such a high focus on customer care, and Ruesco is definitely top of its game in this department.I reached out to Marc at Ruesco because of an issue on my order. He spent significant effort investigating my issue and detailed to me how the issue occurred and how he proposed to resolve the issue. Even though Ruesco was at no fault in this particular order, Marc stepped up and offered to make me feel completely happy with my order.I've since placed several additional orders with Ruesco and will continue to do so. Make sure to sign up for the newsletter as they often will push out coupon and promotions especially during holidays. These guys are one of the best places you can source your high stim pre-workout supplements.

Awesome seller !! Ordered before & never really had any issues, then recently ordered from them & got a text from the owner himself letting me know the product I ordered was out of stock & offered me a flavor swap of the same product they did have in stock or a complete refund. Completely taken back by this customer service & wish more business would operate like this, definitely looking to retain than reject. Will continue to order from this company after this experience. ??

Wish I could give 0 stars, as I would If possible.Completely unsatisfiedI was a first time customer and wasn't shipped product I ordered. Ever. Contacted company numerous times and was told issue was there isn't any resolution besides my own action to resolve this issue. Paid $50 for product I didn't receive, out the money could have been repeat customer, yet was treated like I didn't matter. After numerous contacts with company representative told me after many email correspondences that I needed to "contact the mailman" to follow up with delivery. Mailbox is secured and locked and I didn't receive the product that was paid for and no refund or resolution was given or any alternative given to resolve this issue...ridiculous.. and I will not do business with this company ever again. I will also tell all my friends and family to do the same. This company doesn't care about their customers.Response states that I didn't live at address yet purchased for my boyfriend and company continues to give excuses about why did not deliver and kept our money. Fraudulent on your end and when I fill out BBB review and state will tell friends and family not to do business with you at all there's response that this company is stating it's fraudulent on my part which was never stated before in previous communication. You should not have sent response stating would refund when not intended in first place especially when now stating never would refund in first place and I have all emails to document this communication from your company.. even more shady than before when took forever to respond to no delivery but receive response to this review in 10 minutes and kept my $50 without any delivery of product and stated originally would refund product. Do not order from this company. They will keep your money and not deliver product as promised. This company has my money and I do not have any product that I purchased, whose fraudulent in that?! I will purchase future supplements from reputable companies in the future and will not encourage nor recommend anyone to purchase from this business in the future due to this experience ever!
