Typical car dealership. Prices and fees are very high. But if you bargain and show other places' prices, they may be willing to match them. The biggest problem right now is that I am without proper license plates, while the temp plate is about to expire and I have absolutely no information when I will get the paperwork. Nothing. "It'll get to you when it will get to you". If you are in that situation, which will definitely happen because of some clerical error, failure to file on time, etc.... then best of luck to you! Do you want to experience the same fun? Then buy your car from Fullerton. Once they get your money, you are no longer a customer to them. Have fun!

I have had Fullerton Ford maintain my vehicles from years prior to 1985. I presently have two vehicles (2005 & 2007) which are in amazing condition due to their proper maintenance. Montana, my Service Mgr. was extremely helpful with the latest update to my vehicle (new tires, reg. mtce.). She takes time to explain and follow-up and makes it a pleasure to do business with Fullerton. I will continue to have them maintain my vehicles. I'm extremely pleased with Fullerton Ford and Montana and I will continue to keep my vehicles in their care.

I took my Fiat in for repair yesterday. Giancarlo handled my appointment and did a great job. He explained exactly what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Once the repair was completed, an issue came up when trying to get the bill paid due to several parties being involved. Instead of Fullerton telling me it's your problem, Doreen made a call on my behalf, got the issue resolved and I was on my way. That was above and beyond customer service! Thanks again Fullerton!!!

Very disappointed in the service we received from Fullerton recently. After over a week and over $2000 they released the car with the exact same issue, which was unsafe to brake & stop. Took the car in the next morning, very rude customer service rep, only to have them realize the car was not fixed for the problem we brought it in for. Had to pay an additional $1000 for a total of over $3000. They released an unsafe car to us. We will never use Fullerton again, either for service or for purchasing a new vehicle.

Terrible! I’ve had my car for 5 months and still haven’t gotten my plates or title because of their screw up. The sales manager Anthony is rude and lacks understanding of customers!

Just bought a new 1500 dodge truck the check engine light came on and the truck shuts off. I bought the truck in NC called Fullerton Ford for service asked for a rental so I could get to work. They told me they only give cars to their customers. Terrible customer service!!! Ended up going to another dealership no problem with a rental. Would not recommend this dealership!!!!!

Can't schedule an appointment? Online link does not work, chat-bot is useless, and when you call they say its on a first come first serve basis. That doesnt work in 2021 when everyone has busy schedules.....

John Caruso is hands down the best sales guy there. About 3 years ago, we went in looking (at that time) at the Explorer. When we walked in, other sales men just looked at us, but John was the only one to approach us. Fast forward to 2021 and 3 cars later, John is the guy to go to. I leased my vehicle in 2018 and it was up this year. I absolutely loved my Explorer, but I would have changed a few things about it. I was going back and forth whether or not to buy it out or not, but again it didn't have everything exactly I wanted. We ultimately decided to custom order my new vehicle that way I got everything I ever wanted. I ended up ordering my dream Explorer from John. We ordered it back in early June, and I picked it up 2 days ago.. it came in a whole month earlier than expected! John did a fantastic job following up throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and what not. I ended up buying my car this time around. I'm so in love with my new Ford Explorer ST that I already put front window tints on her! Trust me, John is the guy to go to! You will not be disappointed. He does NOT pressure you at ALL to close a deal like some sales people do. Back in 2018, he actually suggested going home and doing more research to see the lowest price on the car so he could bring it back to his manager so we can close a deal. True genuine person. We will be back to see John in a couple years to order my husbands new truck. Keep it up John!! PS: I felt really bad the other night being there so late finalizing the paperwork, even though I know you wanted to go home after the long day. Thank you for being so patient and for taking the time to go over some key important details of my car!! You the real MVP! Thanks again :)

Easy car buying experience. My salesman Mark Whalen was great to work with and the finance aspect was streamlined. No funny stuff tried, it was exactly what they told me on the phone.
