I was shopping for a pre owned Volvo XC90 last month.I visited just about every Volvo dealership within 75 miles of my home in NJ.Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited.I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach.The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one.The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles.Every issue I had was resolved.I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue.Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion.I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo if you are in the market.

I got my service twice. I visited 3 times to get a new car. The sales are very rude and arrogant. The sales didn't want to spend time with me. And I have to turn to a BMW.

Once my wife and I decided we wanted a Volvo, we searched all over the US for the exact one with all the features we desired. After talking with multiple Volvo dealerships that at times were hard to communicate with and verify information with and spending a good deal of time searching on Volvo's online database we landed at calling the Bridgewater Volvo and we couldn't be more pleased!We decided to fly cross country to pick up the Volvo from the dealership and the Bridgewater team, including the GM; JP our sales guy; and Jose the finance guy, took every possible step to help us be fully prepared to receive the car as soon as we arrived, by answering all our questions prior to arrival and even going so far as JP picking us up from the airport.As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door by Bill, and later Jose, both of them being very pleasant to work with. We were cared for directly and efficiently till we drove off the lot.The whole purchasing process was flawless and relaxed and made us feel confident we made the right choice going with Bridgewater for this purchase.As an added bonus, we had the opportunity to get a hands-on, step by step customization of our Volvo with an explanation of how to use our new features when our Volvo was delivered to us by Bill. He was extremely patient, a great teacher, and very knowledgeable about the tips and tricks of how to best utilize all the great technology and safety features our Volvo came with.We drove away from Bridgewater in our dream Volvo feeling completely confident about our purchase and our decision to go with this dealership. We highly recommend considering Volvo Bridgewater for your purchase. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed!Even though we live in Florida, we will definitely reach out to Bridgewater for our next purchase. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to get us into our new Swedish beauty!

Service is great the parts department is a waste. unprofessional trying to talk over people and they lie!! The guy Red is a complete idiot - I am not going back to this dealership. it's very sad that this guys unprofessionalism pushed a customer away. doesn't like it when he gets caught in a lie and runs the old "don't talk to me like that". Weeks for a part to get painted! and he pushes it off to the other guy! when asked if he was the parts manager and then changed his response "well kinda" shoots me to the "parts managers voicemail. I call back the dealership and asked for the PM name I'm told Red they transferred me when I asked to speak to him. Boom it's the same idiot that lied in the beginning. Don't use this dealer ship for parts! service people are so professional as well as sales. but that parts department is a bunch of clowns

I've been an owner for 3y ever since buying my car at the same family-owned dealership network, all termed Volvo Country. The excellence in everything from buying to receiving to maintenance to minor aides (dropped a card into the console once) has been totally above reproach. I couldn't be happier with my choice for my family's safe transport and life enjoyment. I got a Volvo XC90 to raise the caliber of living and safety both and so far, truly totally met that measure.That's the general overview. My review update will detail the regular service I got there 3d ago.

Made an appointment to come test drive an XC60 R design, which I had been after for quite some time. They assured me it was available, and that I could come in between 4 and 430pm to test drive. I drove almost 40 mins to get there, and arrived by 415pm. As I was in the waiting room, I could see the car I wanted was being shown to someone else for a test drive. What was the point in setting up an appointment if anyone else could come in during the same time? I waited and waited and apparently the couple was very interested in the car, so the dealer wouldn't even let me take it for a test drive. I wound up leaving and decided not to buy a Volvo based on my experience here.Ultimately I wound up buying a Mustang Mach-E SUV, which I'm extremely happy about. So in a way, I thank this dealership for helping me towards my dream car, albeit in a roundabout, non traditional method.
